Now that I've gotten all of life's **** and her out of my system, time to get back to shredded gains.
A good buddy of mine is getting married in 10 weeks and I want to be in the best shape of my life as he's setting me up with a whole bunch of Bridesmaids
Here's what I've got. I've written it up a few different ways but was hoping to see how you guys would run all of this I'm looking to pile it all into about 8 to 12 weeks give or take.
I am not in a position to buy any additional supplements, so it's just this, whey and my stockpile of pwo and ergo9
