Well this is my 8th cycle of prohormones, my third taking SD and 2cnd stacking SD so i have run sd at upwards of 50mg that was dumb but 30 is a pretty good sweet spot for me.
1-8 tren(4,9,11)90/90/90/90/90/90/90/90
1-4 sd 30/30/30/30
4-8 epi 45/45/45/45/45/40
6-10 winny 40/40/40/40/
pct : nolva 40/40/20/20
DAA 6grams daily 4wks
otc pct, erase pro
on cycle support 3grams milk thistle , 12grams fish oil,3 gramsNAC, 100mg b6,taune (if needed ), + otc cycle support

current max bench 395 / squat 525 / deadlift 590 / ill be using th 5/3/1 powerlifting method with arm,abs and cardio routines thrown in.
im 27 yrs 5'8 230lbs 12% bf
ill be using olympus labs tren and epi with methastadrol for my SD and actual prostanazol for winny
