Hello ive been lifting consistantly for over 3 years now and ive been looking into some stack. I really dont have much experience with stack so if I can recive some advice that would be great. Ive been looking into the LG M1D stack but confused on the dose, running it solo or needing a PCT or anything like that. My goals is increase strenth and some mass 5-10 lb. Thanks for any advice
