Hi guys,

As of now I am just currently taking Alphamine as my preworkout supplement. My goal is to gain as much lean muscle as possible while trying to some body fat off (a bit in the belly). I wanted to hear what the best advice and supplements to take are. I don't have a restriction on cost and would like to know what are the best and effectively working products out there to help me with muscle gains during my workout. Thanks!

My stats are below:

Age: 25 year old male
Waist Size: 33
Height: 5'11
Weight: 174 Lbs

Daily Caloric Intake: 2,000-2,500 calories (1-2 days a week I go over a bit if I give myself a cheat day)
I currently go to the gym 5-6 days a week.

it ain't rape if your willing

OP this thread could go everywhere....ppl will recommend ARA, Forskolin and all kinds of things all day long

so before you go buy any of that, get your basics in check: Protean, Multi Vitamin, Creatine Mono, Fish Oil
then you could go start playing with other things, personally for me intra workout drinks are great, a basic BCAA product, compete, strive, even humapro
i'm also a fan of a good nights rest so something like intimidate srt, lights out, hghpro...whatever it may be

the suggestions around here could have your head twirling in 1000 different directions

Good point...diet in check, then, I too, recommend:

Alpha T2
Forskolin-95
Alphamine (even though I haven't tried it yet but will this evening)

Macros. Imo you're better off choosing one route (i.e. Losing fat or gaining muscle) as recomps are hard to employ as diet must be on point.

No supplement will prevent fat gain; yes it may make it mildly harder to but not by much. otherwise said companies will have found a prevention to obesity.

They haven't.

With that said, there are a lot of good options out there.

X-gels
Endosurge Turbo
Formasurge
Bioforge
Forskolin
SNS DAA

and so on are products that work well in a calorie excess.

In a deficit there are plenty more as well:

Rk-500
Green Coffee bean extract
Alphamine
Formasurge
DCP

And so on. There are thousands of products out there.

If you do opt for a recomp then first and foremost you need to ensure macros are spot on (and micros) then look into products.

My current goals are to maintain my weight or have them slow drop but keep my muscle gains and burn as much fat as possible.

Maintaining weight but dropping fat is very, very hard to do. Dropping 250kcals off your TDEE would be a good place to start but this will result in weight loss overall, but if you keep protein high, train heavy and drop slowly, then you can limit the amount of muscle lost.

Based on your goals of wanting to recomp i would highly recommend Alphamax.

Alphamax is a relatively new testosterone booster so its not quite as well known as others, however youll notice when looking at the formula, a lot of the products people are recommending are contained within Alphamax, so instead of purchasing 3 separate products, its an all in one!

A daily serving of Alphamax provides:

1400mgs of 3,4-Divanill
300mgs of L-DOPA
75mg of Androsta-3,5-deine-7,17-dione(Arimistane)
50mg of 95% Forksolin
4000iu Vitamin D3
120mg ZMA

With a formula like that you can expect to drop body fat while hardening up and potentially adding some muscle mass in the process. As well both strength and vascularity should increase! You may be able to, ideally, keep cals right around maintenance calories and be able to drop some body fat while increasing LBM, i believe the combo of Arimistane + Forksolin could def. make that possible.

I see what you mean, I used to weight 255 lbs 42 inch waist (out of shape) and have lost most of it in the last 5 years. I'm at a point where I want a lean and hard body over a huge bodybuilding type. That's why I still want to drop a few more pounds even though im at 174lbs right now. I'm a bit scared to that if I bulk I'll getting too big for my liking.

OP-

Go check out my progress in my current log, srs. Exactly what I have been doing. You can track all of my weights and have been uploading progress pics along the way. Down about 3lbs, but probably 3% bf so far. Still have 2 weeks to go.

Forskolin helped me a lot gaining LBM. I've been on it for about 1.5 months, and I've gotten stronger and from gauging the mirror, slightly leaner and I've been eating at maintenance. I'm currently lean bulking on an ArA (X-Gel or X-factor) stack with Forskolin and it's working great IMO. I think in a calorie deficit though, go for stuff like Alphamine, Alpha T-2, and stuff with beta agonists. Also, stacking Forskolin with said supplements seems to work wonders for people.

absolutely and lean bulking is a viable option in this scenario; in fact preferable in most cases although the process is a lot slower and requires more time in the planning stages (i.e. tracking macros, weighing portions and whatnot).

This is what will make or break whether or not you achieve your goals. Just because you use a product that is better suited for a bulk, cut or recomp does not mean if you take it, you will bulk, cut or recomp. I.e. you can gain mass on Alphamine, you can lose weight when taking a Mass Gainer etc. because what makes or breaks any goal, is the diet side.

If it were me, I would cut down till you are comfortable but doing so very slowly and methodically. Keeping protein intake at a minimum of ~0.8g per pound of bodyweight, fat at a minimum of 0.45g per pound of bodyweight then filling in the rest of your macros as needed.

Personally, i'm a huge fan of higher fat diets as it has better implications for lipid control than that of a higher carb diet (data supported) but this is more from a health standpoint that a weight loss one as you can lose weight with either a higher fat or higher carb approach.

As of now I'm thinking of taking the losing fat route like you stated. Below are the supplements I've been looking of getting so far to help with losing fat.

Let me know what you guys think.

Alphamine - Preworkout with stims (right now)
Hermavol - Preworkout stim free (cycle off of alphamine)
BSN Syntha-6 Isolate - Extra protein Source
Source Naturals L-Leucine 500mg
Muscle Pharm Amino 1 Supplement - Take while working out
PES Alpha T-2
PES Erase Pro
Forskolin 50

Macros. Imo you're better off choosing one route (i.e. Losing fat or gaining muscle) as recomps are hard to employ as diet must be on point.

Is that one more potent? Looking around for it in Amazon but they didn't seem to sell.

Also, would it be recommended to take some creatine mono for this stack?

Id go with Analyzed (Synthetic) Supplements Forskolin 95.

The higher percentage will decrease the chance of GI distress.

Also, creatine should always be taken during any stack/time (3-5 grams per day, timing is irrelevant).

I gotcha, that probably why the bottle recommends to take 3 pills a day split between meals.

I currently go to the gym 5-6 days a week.
I'm currently taking Alphamine plus our Alphamax which has all of these goodies in it.
1400mgs of 3,4-Divanill
300mgs of L-DOPA
75mg of Androsta-3,5-deine-7,17-dione(Arimistane)

4000iu Vitamin D3
120mg ZMA

My goal is the same as yours (lose stubborn belly fat while still making gains) and I've been having great results. The Leaning properties of the Armistane and Alphamine coupled with the test boosting properties of Alphamax have been giving me the results I've wanted and quickly. Obviously diet needs to be in check and you have to push it in the gym, which is easy to do on this stack!

If your looking to add in a strong thermo to your stack check out Diablo. It's still new but from the feedback we have seen thus far, is exactly what we expected, this will be everyone's new go to thermo very soon.

Plenty of good thermos around, I haven't tried Diablo but I have read a couple of reviews and they are solid.
I agree with the above, Forskolin is a must for a recomp. And L-Dopa is also a great addition.
One thing I encourage you to look into is PR-XT and Nolvadren XT. Sure it is primarily marketed as a Bulk stack, but it is excellent for a recomp or a cut. That is all diet dependent. And it is difficult but not impossible to lose fat an gain muscle. Plenty of people do it, you just need discipline.
The PR-XT will help you build muscle, while the diet will help you lose the fat. Throw in the Nolvadren XT after 2 weeks on the PR-XT to lean out and harden up.
I had amazing results with this stack, and I ran it for 12 weeks. Feel free to PM me with any questions, and good luck.

I'll probably try that website after I need to refill a few of these for the cycle. I usually get everything from Amazon since I have a Amazon Prime membership with them and get free 2 day shipping on everything they sell.

This for sure...

Nutraplanet usually has some pretty good sales for New Years so you may want to be on the lookout for that;)

If there is a holiday, there tends to be a sale there.
