I notice a discontinuation in some GDA's. One thread mentioned N-R-Ala to be also discont. However It seems like we can make ourown GDA's from scratch. What effective GDA's do you guys use when doing a refeed/cheat-meal on a diet? I would assume

~ Biotin
~ Chromium
~ Vanadyl Sulfate
~ Cinnamon Cassia Bark Pills 6-8 grams

Perhaps Glutamine can also be a part of it.

Have you heard of NS-A-RALA? Some weird one that I just recently saw or KS-A-RALA or typo? What dosage is effective guessing 300mg x 2-3 a day. or depending on the meal.

Do you mean a scheduled refeed i.e. a hypercaloric meal during a caloric deficit phase and/or intentional high carb meals during low carb phases for leptin and thyroid hormone manipulation?

In which case I wouldn't take a GDA at all. The idea of a refeed is to take advantage of the carbohydrates consumed.

Do you mean refeeds or cheat meals which are off schedule i.e. trying to inhibit absorption of carbohydrates you consumed?

5years ago with a glucose meter and this past winter against urinalysis. Eating 2-300gr carbs/day (pre/intra/post) and fasted with 15ng/nl (i believe that is the measurements) of ketones present :boom:

I wont be using it until pct after contest prep. I've been using r-ala this whole prep and don't want to change anything 4 weeks out. After prep though, in pct I'll be using it
