I'm new to this forum so idk if I'm posting this right but, I got two bottles of m1d andro and one bottle of form xt. This isn't my first time using supplements of this nature however I haven't used this stuff in a couple years because I was in.medical school and didn't have time to read about it nor workout properly.
I'm 5'6, 170 10% body fat, athletic build. Will this put on good muscle?
