I'm currently beginning a cycle of Kre-Alkalyn by EFX right now for the next 6-8 Weeks.
I personally enjoy Kre-Alk more than mono because of less bloat and easy on the stomach
I've never used Size-On before but have heard tremendous reviews on it. I know it's mono and will cause a bloat,
but could I use it (Size-On) to gain the mass, and focus my Kre-Alkalyn on strength gains??
I may be totally off and PLEASE, feel free to correct me or add some CONSTRUCTIVE criticism. Thanks again.
