I have decided to give the EC stack a run. I'm just wanting to lean up a little more before my upcoming cycle. I have Bronkaid and Caffeine pills 200mg. I have read how to dose and work my way up to 25/200x3 each day. My question is this. I train early am and typically fasted minus some BCAA's. Would it be best to dose the EC before my workout? If so how long before? Thanks in advance and any tips from experience is greatly appreciated.
