EAA's/BCAA's any REAL purpose?

Hello guys, I'm new here, but I read this forum for some time. Have a quick question and any reasonable answer would be greatly appreciated!

What's your thoughts on amino acids in general? Primary higher dosage pre-intra-post workout? And pros/cons BCAA vs. full spectrum amino acids like hydrolysed whey in capsules/tablets?

BCAA's I find better for muscle protection when dieting.. EAA's I find better when bulking to build muscle.. that is just my experience. With that being said.. i use both all the time.

Thanks a lot for the reply mate. I'm still curious if it's supplementation is really worth it unless you want to srsly cut for competition, photoshoot or w/e. I personaly found BCAA or EAA's effective, at least I think so... But I've been told there's no real clinical evidence for it's usefullness if you have ok your daily protein intake.

I find both handy for making sure my protein profile is complete, and when staggering caloric intake.

At worst, they're both dirt cheap insurance for preventing catabolism and sparing muscle.

aminos are the getting used while weight training, so using them intra workout....why not replace whats being used as they are being used....it would be like driving around with a gas pump attached to your car while it's driving....plus the muscle synthesis is always good

^this. Bcaa's are something I use all the time (mostly during training). Eaa's are definitely useful when bulking, typically use them pre and post-training
