Oxy Elite Pro by Usp labs. I know, I'm sick of the acronyms too!. It is a little ridiculous trying to figure it out what they all mean reading on here...

Nice. Yeah I recently sold a bottle of Compound 20 for some cash just cause I'm spending a lot of money to get some stuff done this month + taking a sup break.
I may order another bottle, caused I enjoyed it. For me it increased my hunger and thirst & I felt full most of the time. I also didn't seem to gain much fat even though I was eating a lot.

Recreate was decent as well. Not using much of anything now cause I'm doing some other important things in life & haven't had much time to step into the gym these last 2 weeks... Who knows I may do a C20/Recreate stack and see how that goes... I def want to make sure I'm back in the gym before I start anything though.

USP tell ya what your stack is going to be yet?

watch the foods that you try to mix.
make sure not too much salt at one time - the shiiiiiiiiiiits is the big problem with a salt-water irrigation, of course!
dont drink a half-hour before and two hours after eating - i know, difficult, but gets you to eat your raw veggies too!
maybe easiest of all, add a good enzyme supplement,
and make sure to eat fermented foods as much as possible.

kim chi in its assorted forms, but especially baek (white) kim chi, REAL yogurt (not sugary nastiness), kefir, fermented soy in its various forms ( i really like korean doen jang https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Doenjang) (now, tofu is terrible unhealthy garbage, but fermented soy is a different story... not too much, but the stuff is awfully good for you and tastes, well, i really like it in a traditional korean veggie stew called chigae...), ummm..... stuff like that i guess.
