They have random drug tests and drug test every class winner. I'm just not sure about something like deca, which can cause you to have a positive result 18 months after use. Or prohormones, which apparently are legal in NPC natural competitions.
thats what I was wondering, I mean half the stuff is out of your system fast enough they cant go back a year!

Awesome transformations fellas!

Anyone entering any Ohio shows please let me know. I will show up for support and to meet some fellow AM brethren! I have thought about competing. Im not sure if it would be PL or BB. I don't focus on mass enough for BB in my opinion. I am strong for under 175 though.

I thought this would be fun to start a thread on...

Personally, I hav experienced half of my life as an extremely overweight individual. As a sophomore in highschool I was 5'8" and 259lbs. I wasnt healthy by any stretch of the imagination, and I was not happy with the way I looked. I decided to learn how to eat properly and began exercising consistently with the goal of leaning up and improving my physique, or lack thereof.

I used OEP religiously during the year and a half that It took me to get from 259-176lbs. That is probably the 1 product that has had the biggest influence on my physique change over the years. I began my body transformation at around god only knows what body fat percentage, and now the most recent body fat percentage I have is 8.3%. Im not going to post pics from the entire process of 259lbs to 176lbs....but rather I am going to post the pic that is most close to the beginning of my bodybulding career and then the most recent one. Its been 3 years now and I have done numerous cutting periods and a bulking period, a lot of supplements, a lot of failures, a lot of success. Its a lot of fun to go back and look at where we all started compared to where we are now.

Everyone, if you have a pic from the beginning of your body transformation and also a current pic, post both and lets all give eachother a round of applause for our hard work and dedication. Also....post the 1 supplement that had the biggest influence on your changes. Only pick 1!

The flash makes it hard to see my "before" pic. But it isnt hard to see the difference. I think the "before" pic is around 220-230lb. The current picture is 187lb.

Post away, everyone! Or just stop in and share your thoughts and support!
hard work and OxyElite Pro has produced many transformations.

PM your address, I like to send you a reverse (now we can build instead of lose!) stack.

Hopefully you would get some Compound 20 & Prime. Those 2 would be fun together.
I'll be grateful for whatever I receive. And I'm not willing to accept anything unless I can log it.

I'll finish out my log I am doing now and happily start another one based on whatever they wish to give me.

If anything I would want to use Super Cissus RX most of all. I have terrible joint pain that limits me from doing things I want to do. I just can't afford to purchase it, I'm a broke college student lol

Even though this isn't a building product technically

Super Cissus is GREAT, besides their Modern BCAAs, (which I swear by) Cissus works wonders. I played baseball for 16 years, a catcher for 10 or so, and my knees and elbows are pretty bad and Super Cissus lubes me up even at three caps of erase I don't feel a thing.

That's interesting. I've always wanted to compete. Idk if I have the physique for it or not, though. I don't wanna have to be gargantuan to do it, it rather have a fitness model look. I also want to do fitness modeling, if possible. Idk if I'm built for that, either.

What's your weight class, Kevin?
If i were to do mens open I would have to compete in middleweight. Right now im sitting at about 200 lbs, but i dont have the body fat to compete in light heavyweight. I would have to do middleweight so i could hopefully be the biggest in the class.

thank you, did heavy lifting for 3 years when i was in high-school and now i struggle to match the lifts i did then but now i have a different goal and it is more important to me now to do the lift properly than it is to do a heavy lift. the gains are slow but i know those last.

Nope, never have. Ive always preferred stim burners
Nice. Yeah I recently sold a bottle of Compound 20 for some cash just cause I'm spending a lot of money to get some stuff done this month + taking a sup break.
I may order another bottle, caused I enjoyed it. For me it increased my hunger and thirst & I felt full most of the time. I also didn't seem to gain much fat even though I was eating a lot.

Recreate was decent as well. Not using much of anything now cause I'm doing some other important things in life & haven't had much time to step into the gym these last 2 weeks... Who knows I may do a C20/Recreate stack and see how that goes... I def want to make sure I'm back in the gym before I start anything though.

USP tell ya what your stack is going to be yet?

Thanks bud you're doing great keep it up. I miss IF/lean gains, I'm obviously a fat kid deep down so I Loved the freedom of it compared to standard dieting, my stomach/digestive system just didn't agree with all that food at once. I may give it another go cause it makes so much sense for a recomp which is what I'm doing this summer.
watch the foods that you try to mix.
make sure not too much salt at one time - the shiiiiiiiiiiits is the big problem with a salt-water irrigation, of course!
dont drink a half-hour before and two hours after eating - i know, difficult, but gets you to eat your raw veggies too!
maybe easiest of all, add a good enzyme supplement,
and make sure to eat fermented foods as much as possible.
