SUPPLEMENTS IN MY OPINION SHOULD COME THIRD AFTER DIET AND LIFTING!!!


General Health
Multi-vitamin- generalhealth

FishOil- heart health, anti-inflammatory
Glucosamine& Chondroitin- joint health
Cissus Quadrangularis- joint health
Iron- red blood cell formation
Melatonin- sleep aid, controls my insomnia
Note: I have arthitis in both knees and right shoulder, also have had 2 surgeries on my right shoulder in the last 2yrs.


Workout Staples
Pre-workout- energy, pumps, endurance
BCAA- energy, muscle repair
Glutamine- muscle repair
Creatine- increase ATP
Protein- muscle repair
WaxyMaize- shuttles nutrients, energy

HGH Booster- never taken, any recommendations?

Prohormones- AndrohardLV was good, i'm gonna try V3 soon. Epistane by IBE has sick reviews and feedback.

Looks good. I would add Beta-Alanine and DAA.
Not a big fan of large doses of Beta-Alanine. All the "tingly" effect goes straight to my face. Reminds me to much of an allergic reaction I had a couple years back.

But the DAA is supposed to increase test production quite a bit right? Any advice on dosing and other advantages it would have?

No I take Lean Max Revolution as a pre-workout. Bottles almost gone looking to switch it up

Ok, from the reviews you should get plenty pump from hemavol, looking to try it soon myself.

For sure, bulk daa, Taurus daa hcg, sns capped, formula x....all solid.

If you add a pre-workout with it MaximizeV2 seems to be the perfect fit.

DAA is where it's at for test boosting, look into Formula-X, you get a full serving of DAA and LCLT. Formula-X is also great taken Intra-workout, it contains NAT that will boost aggression, kinda like a non-stim energy. Plus 5g of 8:1:1 BCAA's. Can't beat the formula for the price, now I love DAA, but I love LCLT even more.. it really increases the overall effects of test boosting when stacked with other test boosting ingredients, such as DAA.

Dosing for BCAA and GLutamine?
Get formula x. Has DAA in it as well as BCAAs. Add 5g glutamine in it
If training fasted.glutamine can be converted to glucose as a fuel source

Very solid list and yeah JD looks a lot like yours and mine when I'm in lifting. I have been using the Athletix stack right before I had suregery and I found it to help a lot with strength and I added Erase in as we hadn't came out with the new anti at the time. Sick stack!

Thanks for all the help. Im still recovering from my second surgery, but want to have all my bases covered for when Im back at full strength. Thinking about slowing introducing each of this into my supplement schedule. As I think all at once might give me to a strength boost for my healing shoulder. Any opinions here?

I havent lifted since November just working on some light cardio and rehab, but it will be May 17th before Im released to lift heavy.

Very possible, and not overkill whatsoever.

Dose the beta alanine multiple times a day to reduce the paresthesia.

And yes, it does raise testosterone significantly.

Any suggestions to get a bigger pump? Other then a big bicep day HA
Hemavol, agmatine, nitrates, citrulline, and/or White Blood 2.

bcaas are not needed to build muscle, no. if you are taking in protein whether from whole food or shakes every 2-3 hoursa youll grow. Bcaa;s do help a ton on top of a good diet.

glutamine to me is=necceasly when I felt worn down, immune system down, and when Im pre contest or cutting somewhat agressively.

Sounds good ill implement some doses of glutamine post workout. Thinking 5g daily should be a good trial dosage and ill adjust from there

Also my profile says I weigh 185lbs. But due to surgery i now weigh 152lbs.......do supplement doses need to be lowered to account for this 30lbs weight loss? It was lost in 2.5 months and Id say most is muscle, as my body fat hasnt changed much.
