I've only used it three times. Last week, the results were more profound and lasted that evening and the next day I took one in the morning even though I was still feeling great and it lasted all day. Took 2 pills last night, felt that the anxiety went away I would say within an hour or so. But not the same as first time. I just woke up, so too early for me to say, but overall not the same as first time I took it.

    IMO.

Phenibut XT is great at 1-1.5g, but dont abuse it as your tolerance can develop quickly.

I think I'm going to jump back on the relora/sensoril bandwagon. Glad you're getting good use out of it!

On the suntheanine for 2 days now. I am going to give this more time to work, as I am only using 100 mg of it each day. Nothing extraordinary to report, but will check back with hopefully more results.

So I wanted to keep you guys posted, I started the Suntheanine 4 days ago in conjunction with some Endo Amp. I am really suprised to say that I have already noticed a difference. Improved mood and hardly any social anxiety, I just wanted to keep you guys in the loop.

Nice! The thing I love about l-theanine is that it really has no feel to it. You just get into situations that you normally would dread or have anxiety over and you find yourself not really caring. You aren't slow or "deadened" mentally, but just comfortable in your own skin. I'd say that it actually makes you sharper mentally because of that.

On another note- I've been taking the 120mg of Gaia rhodiola in the morning for the last 4 days and it's the sweet spot. I don't notice any stress reduction or anxiety reduction, but one capsule at 6am keeps me going until 8pm and I actually had to take a valerian last night to get to sleep. Insane energy boost for me.

Huge thanks for even mentioning EndoAmp. I had never heard of it and decided to give it a try since I was already a huge fan of Alpha-gpc, and wowsa. This stuff is no joke with regards to mental sharpness. It must be the combination with the high levels of PS, but there is a marked difference in thought process, train of thought, and recall. This is after only 4 days on it, so I may go two full weeks and cut the dose in half. I want this as a staple, but the price will be prohibitive, so I need to play with the dose for a good ratio.

I haven't noticed anything in regards to calmness, but the theanine takes care of that. Also, when I am mentally sharp, it lessens the anxiety because I am not cloudy or pulling from multiple thought patterns.

ALA gave me bad headaches. 5-htp is great before bed, but I take dopamine (macuna) for the daytime.

does anyone remember NeuroBalance like 3-5years ago? That was such an AMAZING supplement for anxiety. It was liquid phenibut but the delivery was different with no-side effects and i never really noticed a tolerance, altho I was very careful cause if how expensive it was and how great it was. now i see guys posting 5 supps for anxiety lol before it was just neurobalance that's all you needed.

After reading a book called the brain diet and watching the movie limitless, I've come to the conclusion that brain enhancement is entirely possible. I've been taking vitamineral green, San dr feel good, choline, acl carnetine, vinpocetine, raw ginger root and omega 3 (8k mg/day) and can tell there is a difference in my anxiety levels. I'm going to add piracetam and pramiracetam and see what that does. I would defiantly recommend this stuff

    Maybe you misread my post.

I based my motivation on a fictional movie (you can't watch that movie without getting motivated!) my conviction is based on a book and a couple of weeks reading clinical trials on a score of different "nootropic" substances. Check it out there's facinating information out there.

Another thing that might help is a supplement with all trace minerals in it, sometimes trace mineral defficiencies may lead to depression, lethargy, even a wrecked libido. Might be another safe alternative to try, rather than going the rx route

    Guess,
L-theanine, an amino acid found in green tea, is among the best anti-anxiety supplements.

Its difficult to find a balance between knocking out (or reducing) anxiety WITHOUT causing too much

sedation and de-motivation. I thrive off of anxiety and accomplish more work with it nipping me in the arse.

However -- too much is obviously negative from a health stand-point and physique stand point too.

L-theanine has been mild enough to not completely knock me out.

    Vpower mentioned something OVERLOOKED -- TRACE-MINERALS !

Mag and CAL prevent nervous tension and CAL has anxiolytic /tranquilizing effects

Selenium is a great anti oxidant and will also aid in reducing anxiousness.

^ I wouldn't call Mg and Ca trace minerals, but I can agree that Mg has a nice "mellowing out" effect. Ca and Se not so much.

I use Grean Tea............ Because L-theanine is a an amino acid which found in great tea. and it halps to reduce the anxiety. I think it is the best product as anti anxiety supplements.

The nice thing about l-theanine is the fact that it crosses the blood brain barrier so effectively and increases alpha brain waves. Alpha brain waves are the sign of a clear, relaxed mind. This isn't any bro science either, it has been proven in every study I have read (and there are a lot on l-theanine) to induce this on the participants.

I found that I don't need it like I used to since I found aniracetam, but in particularly stressful times, 100mg really takes the edge off.
