Dangers of Sucralose/Splenda - Legit?

The Internet is littered with articles about the dangers/risks of these substances.

The issue I have is verifying the authenticity and/or the validity of these reports.

Given the fact I'm a low carber, I get in more or these substances than the average Joe.

As a result, I'm a bit concerned.

Anyone have an intelligent perspective or any science-based insight to quell my paranoia?
