Sorry I know this is a slight change of subject.

I am totally new to using nootropics, heard it will help with focus and memory so I purchased ALCAR from MindNutrition and vinpocetine , started using it 4 days ago , alongside regular ginkgo biloba and multivitamins.

    My schedule is below:

    ALCAR 500mg 3 separate times a day
Vinpocetine 10 mg 3 separate times a day
Ginkgo Biloba 120 mg once a day
    Multivitamin once a day

Atm haven't felt any difference , how long does it usually take to kick in?

There will be some focus increase initially that will get stronger after prolonged use, esp in the case of memory retention, I'd say give it at least a month or 2...

I have been taking noots and cognitive boosters for many years and the items you have listed never did anything for me other than provide a nice headache. Gingko is fine, but not worth the money, imo.

Have you tried FocusXT at all? it sounds like it's what you may be looking for, esp as you are just starting out dabbling in noots...1 scoop a day, could then add in 500mg-1g extra ALCAR at a different time of the day...

Could U shed some light on the effects I get from Focus-xt ?? If I use it daily or even four or five times a week I feel pretty focused, happy, and really content for about two hours and then I crash and feel kinda depressed rest of day. If I take a serving every week to ten days I feel GREAT all day, wondering why regular use effects me negatively....

That's odd, as most users don't report a crash of any sort. I could see the "euphoric" feeling dissipating as time progresses, however not sure of the depressed feeling afterwards.

I crash hard. I've thrown away 2 tubs. Just doesn't work for me.

Focus xt crashes me too, but doses of alcar by itself (1g) doesnt, I figure its the choline, as I think I get plenty of choline from my diet, and too much (or too little) choline can cause problems...
