cycle help, ideas and philosophies

I take a decent number of supplements,,, nothing overly commercialized,, just a few basics... arginine/ornithine, lecithin, DMAE, glutamine, DHEA, DIM, androgel 1%, creatine and various other multi vitamins, b complex, fish oils, flax etc.etc.etc.........
I'm wondering, and my question is, do any of these need to be cycled? Are there general rules to cycling? I.e. certain classes or types of supplements should be cycled and others not,,,, curious as to different people's ideas on this topic..... I'm a total novice when it comes to this
