I'm 140 5'5. Would it be enough to take 2 caps of triazole or maybe even one a day for my weight and height?

Experiment with the dosage. In my opinion estrogen can be tricky and what is right for me may suck for you. I am a good 50 or so pounds heavier then you but I get great results with low doses of AI's. My joints get very mad at me if I dose them 2 high. You don't want to crush your estrogen so if you experience joint pain back off on your dose a little untill you find the dose that works best for you.
