i Agree with this, if you list out your supps and see how many things ur taking you may be like dear god!, i for one try my best to keep it as simple as possible. Im currently using creatine nitrate, im almost out of cit mal and ill prob not buy it again, since there are no studies on it and i can never tell a difference really. Creatine Nitrate, Beta-Alanine, Multi, Fish Oil, EAA, Protein...not much more then this is needed for me anyways...i was curious which of the two had more positive effects for future reference. I would not stack the two as price is always a factor.
