formestane, GABA<, and ZMA

I am thinking about using this for the next 4 weeks. I have not been on any thing for a while, so i hoping that this would shock some growth. Form to lower esto, GABA to increase GH, and ZMA to increase test. I dont want to do any thing crazy so I came across these 3 supps as a combo.

Any thoughts guys?


ps where is a good spot to apply the formestane?

Apply formastane to upper thighs, chest, delts, insides or arms..
Try dosing 3-5g of GABA before bed one night.. That **** is crazy.

I have tried cel form and now I bought forma stanzol, more bang for my buck, plus theBigT gave it a good review and he is a form expert.

hey i was thinking about also throwing in Phyto Testosterone but only use it 2 caps in the morning when i am working out. ANY IDEAS ?

well, i have 2 bottles that someone just gave me several months ago and just never used it. I am afraid of losing my hair so that is y i did use it. But now i have had time to research it and it sounds like its ok on the hair , also the form had dht blocking in it. Am I RIGHT?????????????????????? let me know

I would take 2 pills in the morning 7 days a week but not the orther 2 at night. I just thought that with all the other stuff i am taking it would be to much.

That product sounds good. Legal for ncaa, not bad. How does that work on hair loss?

I say 4 caps a day if you want to see benefits and formastane is good on the hairline as it inhibits dht slightly.

I think it would be a nice idea to throw in phyto testisterone, id also throw in sustain alpha to help kick up the test and labido and guranimo for preWO . just how id make my lil run :)

I ran formestane, GABA and Ghenerate before. Good for fat burn/hardening and great for sleep, wont do a ton for growth though. ZMA doesnt increase test either

Doesn't boost test beyond normal levels, but can elevate test to near normal levels, especially when you constantly deplete minerals like zinc.
Magnesium is another ingredient that is often depleted throughout the day and exercise.

If you end up using a test booster and you are worried about the hairline then you can always use natural solutions such as saw palmetto or nettle root or if you have access to finasteride that is a good option too. BigVrunga posted a great thread in the anabolics section outlining all the options but the above two are easily obtained at most stores that have vitamins.

This will shuttle some of the excess test towards the aromatase route though so if your test booster doesn't have any kind of AI in it be aware of that. Same goes for taking an AI by itself, it can shuttle increased test towards the 5-AR route.

I dont want to sound negative but i'd consider another approach.
#1 - Formastene is useless orally and topically.
#2 while GABA may increase gh - it will not do so enough to provide any additional muscle growth. The only benfit is an indirect one..better sleep = better recovery.
#3 ZMA - while it may a good mineral supplement for other reasons...is useless to increase testosterone- esp to any level that would offer additional muscle growth.
Personally id consider other supplement options or change training and diet to encourage or trigger growth or push past a plateau.

1. bold statement and false.
2. better sleep equaling better recovery means your muscles have time to fully recover as well.
3. it may not boost t levels to soaring heights but still can keep them at normal levels, which is a plus during periods of high stress when test can drop, i.e. dieting
