PH help, please

I need help in stacking what PH with which PH. My goal is to lose bodyfay while increasing my LBM. I have just about every PH made (except 1AD). I also have a lot of PCT. If a list of the PH I posess is required, then so be it. Please help.

One would think with such a large stash, that you would already know the answer to your question.
Why do you have so many PHs if you don't know their effects?

I am aware of the affects just not sure how to stack them. I've been researching a lot recent on AM and have found valuable info. Just want to get different opinions from everyone.
