Question- Is drinking vitaberry just as good as taking in whole fruit>? Or any fruit or greens powder for that matter? Seems like the only thing you wouldnt get is the sugar and carbs

Vitaberry has the max amount of phyto nutrients.....however a mix of the 2 would probably be best.

Agreed, you also miss out on the dietary fibre but this can be easily taken in from other sources as you only need ~18/day for normal gastric movement.

i do it mid day, as ive read somewhere that anti oxidents post workout may not be best, just like anti-inflammatories, as you want that response from your body, but i also feel personally that free-radicals running around post workout cant be the best either... i have not found enough info to say dont take it pre or post,

I would say its best to use both fresh fruit AND vitaberry.
you will get more fiber from fresh fruit.
damin ima take a scoop of my vitaberry now speaking of it. :-P

Awesome comment. I ask about vitaberry because when dieting sometimes its not feasible to eat much fruit. High sugar and carb content.

I used vitaberry while dieting and it went great!

def always get in real food as all supplements are just that,supplements!
 
I think intraworkout and a between meals mix with some bcaa's would be great.

I am a big fan of vitaberry.

Used it as a flavoring/anti-ox for a nutrient ****tail I threw together once upon a time. Tasted amazing.
