Agreed, you also miss out on the dietary fibre but this can be easily taken in from other sources as you only need ~18/day for normal gastric movement.
but yes vitaberry is a great source of anti-oxidants great stuff PP!!!!
not my favorite flavor mix though, the sourness of the cherry shines through....
i do it mid day, as ive read somewhere that anti oxidents post workout may not be best, just like anti-inflammatories, as you want that response from your body, but i also feel personally that free-radicals running around post workout cant be the best either... i have not found enough info to say dont take it pre or post,

I would say its best to use both fresh fruit AND vitaberry.
you will get more fiber from fresh fruit.
