I recently purchased some Niacin to help with my cholesterol levels. I wanted to take it at night before bed in order to avoid the flush sensation and also to get a slight boost in GH the Niacin provides on an empty stomach. However, I also swear by my ZMA before bed. I have read some evidence that Niacin negatively impacts the level of zinc in the body. I am unsure at what level this effect becomes apparent, but I was hoping someone here might. Would I be better off separating the two?
