I'm sure you guys get this all the time, but hopefully this is something a little different.
A little background, I have been lifting for a few years, but never really took it seriously until the last month or so. I talked to a friend, who has been into it for around 5 years now and takes it pretty serious, and he recommended these supplements: Sizeon and . He is telling me to take these along with BCAA's, , and Protein like I do now. My question is, is he right? I am 6'0 and weigh around 230 lbs. I have been pretty lazy this last winter and gained a good amount of weight. I want to gain a little more muscle and then cut down from May until about July/August.
Should I take something else? Basically for dosing schedule he told me AS preworkout, Sizeon during, Glutamine/BCAA/Protein after, and a protein shake mid morning. I'm no expert, but I just feel like something is missing. Thanks in advance guys.
