LG's Trifecta or AMS's Mass Attack Stack?

which would you guys recommend?

I've taken e-pol and halovar before, and got great results with both.

mass attack. idk how many bottles of what are in there but id do 6-8 weeks, 3ML 4-ad, 3-4ML 1-AD.
