Started 2 and a 1/2 weeks ago.
M1D- 2/2/2 MMV2- 4 preWO Natadrol- 2/2/2..just bumped to 3/3/3
gained 5.5 lbs of solid muscle despite eating very clean with negative 500-1000calories in my diet and HITT fasted in the morning.
dropped bf% from 9% to 8~7%
muscle hardness and vascularity is WAY UP.
Focus is insane in the gym. (best part!)
strength is slowly increasing.
