    I use two different kinds of whey protein, about 1 tablespoon of hempseed oil, fruit of choice, 1 scoop of organic fiber, and oats if I feel like it.

  3. Definitely some great concoctions! This one makes me want to stay in the gym for hours and then go clean the house when I get home!:

    5g -L-Arginine AAKG
    2g -L-Arginine Malate
    2.75g -Creatine Monohydrate
    500mg -N-Acetyl L-Tyrosine
    250mg -Caffeine Anhydrous
    60mg -1,3 dimethylamylamine
    2.5g -Citrulline Malate
    2g -Taurine
    1g -Beatine Anhydrous
    2g Beta-Alanine
    2g BCAA (2:1:1 ratio)
    3g Glycerol Monostearate

    Working on blend to work perfectly with this (according to research study amounts that show positive effects!) for Intra-workout...Also thinking of putting together a specific "pump" assist product to go with pre-workout (so far looks like 4.5g Glycine Propionyl L-Carnitine Hydrochloride (GlycoCarn) and 1.5g creatine nitrate).

    Definitely hard to find good ones these days with supp companies putting huge markups on their products and putting tons of caffeine (which is super cheap!) and then 50 ingredients at doses that don't do crap (but looks good when people who don't look at dosage amounts go and google supp facts and read what ingreadients are supposed to do!) haha!
