great stack people just to give you an idea im on my second week and i have added jacked to this stack but on my second week incline db press went 80lbs for ten reps to 85lbs for 12 reps....this was also my second core lift it had follwed my 4 sets of 8 reps on the flat bench press where i put up 260 for 8....not to bad for being 195...not trying to brag people so dont think i am i know i need alota work im just giving a shout out to usp labss
