Sesamin

I was wondering if I could get some help on dosing and when to take sesamin. I got the primaforce version, and have been searching around on here and can't seem to find much definitive info on how much and when to take sesamin. I currently take animal omega before bed. Is it ok to take one dose of sesamin with my omega, or is it better if spaced out throughout the day with meals? Any help is appreciated
