Hardcore Routine/ Crazy Stack

I will be running a 13wk cycle consisting of a mix of two routines.

Upper Body(Bench):
Metal Militia- 2 Days/week
Lower Body(Squat):
Smolov 13 week Squat Routine- 3 Days/week

This will be a very intense cycle and will require perfect diet and a little help from a select few supplements.:nervous:

My supplements will include:

Creatine Mono: 20g/day for 7days followed by at least 5g/day for the duration of cycle
Glutamine: 20g/day
BCAA's:20g/day
Bulk 1-Carboxy:spread away from carb meals on non-workout days and definately before bed and possibly one other time on workout days
B-12:2000mcg/day spread evenly

Diet will be in excess of 3900 cals/day, 400g protein(chicken/steak/fish/protein shakes), lots of rice/pasta/potatoes, fats will come from EVOO in shakes, a good liquid mix of noni juice and the sort(with a multi vit/min included)

I guess the main concern I have(besides the mere fact I am running this) is that the addition of the Metal Militia Bench Routine will just be too much. That routine may be dropped if it I start slacking. And I am aware that the Smolov is meant to be run solo, but I am confident I will be able to complete this. Please give me some input on things I should add/change or just flat out not do. All advice is welcome........
