Do you think its ok to you use CEE on your off days?
Personally, I would prefer an advanced creatine form bound to a Krebs Cycle intermediate, such as malate or alpha ketoglutarate. They have significant creatine transport function, leading to better bioavailability and effectiveness, in addition to their other beneficial effects.
Pure creatine monohydrate is also an option. Strictly speaking, beta alanine, one of the compounds in Jack3d, should be taken daily, during the
cycle, for optimal effects. Sloppy Seconds, USPLabs' latest product, contains Di-Creatine Malate, Beta Alanine, Leucine, Citrulline Malate, and Agmatine Sulfate, and should be perfect for Jack3d-free days, or can even be nicely stacked with Jack3d.
