    thanks...i'm trying the hornymackstack plus i added yohimbine in it. bloodtest shows low test but lh/fsh(estrogen) in normal ranges...kinda low libido :(

    recent run of activatextreme(4/day)+formadrol extreme(1/day) didn't seem to do anything for me...

    also low cum volume and kinda watery..

    some people just cant be reached dude..for every 1 kid that listens, 10 dont. just hope to get that one sometimes. cuz i was 18 and i made that mistake. got gallstones bad.

    Cycle assist is by Competitive edge labs you can get it on nutraplanet or bodybuiding.com. For PCT, if you can get your hand on some real clomid or nolva, that would be your best bet. If you cant, I would get PCT tabs by IDS and PCT assist by Competitive edge labs.

    yea,im taking mono now,yea i love the power i get from the mono!but get a lot of stomach bloat,that's the reason i was looking into the kre stuff,i was told it would not give any bloat and give you more power then any other ones.

    if your battling deperession the last thing i would do is a cycle. i get depressed every once and a while but nothing major. but after my cycle i walked around like a big baby. i gained alot of muscle but felt like **** emotionally an it took a couple of months to get back to normal.

    So we have the following:
    Hawthorn berry - 2 weeks prior and during cycle.
    Cycle Assist - During cycle.
    P5P B6 @ 300mg/day - Spread it to 100mg dosage and take it 3x day
    Vitex 3 pills a day - Spread it to 3x a day
    L-Tyrosine - 3 pills a day - Spread it to 3x day.
    I get my P5P, Vitex, and L-Tyrosine from Vitamin shoppe btw. And you want to take these three supplements during cycle to control prolactin.
    Multi Vitamins - I suggest you go with orange triads since it has Joint support built in, and it is the best multi IMO.
    Fish oil - Take 6 grams a day, split it to 3 dosage.
    Taurine - You can get pills or powder, but take 5g about an hr before you lift. Back pumps is a bitch on tren, you will need this.

    rage ive heard good and bad. tren ive taken, my best friend has taken and plenty of other guys i train in the gym and they have all had good results after learning from my mistake to make sure pct is solid... but look into their whole line really. mass is good, tt40 is good and the mma3 is good stuff too. get the liver protector if you stack and also get the estro for sure unless you have good ol nolva already

    If you can't order off online, you can money order. Or you can request the people at GNC or VS to special order that product, even off from nutraplanet or bodybuilding.com. Atleast the ones around me offered to do that.

    that is a good idea. Get used to eating that many calories before you actually start taking something that will suppress your appetite. :)

    250g if you weigh 290 could be a bare minimum - I weigh 245 right now and my intake is 280-360g/day dependant on whether I'm lifting or not. But let's talk about this in your thread - that's what it's there for! :D

    ragnarok is a great creatine supplement. Green mag is a great creatine supplement. And cre-02 is another great one. If your looking for solid creatine products that work, they would be the way to go.

    That personal trainer is full of bull $hit. Read any of Resolve's, Irish Cannon's or my logs and you will see that recomping (gaining muscle while losing fat) is very possible.

    look up articles by Chad Waterbury. He has a great amount of knowledge in this area.

    3x8 Clean n press is an amazing full body movement. Paired with 3x8 deadlifts you have a complete workout there. I usually supplement those two movements with leg curls, bi curls and a tricep movements. It just helps work you even more.
    Keep rocking it man. It looks like your still going to the gym regularly. That really helped to pull me out of the dumps when I first started going several years ago. Some may recomend against it, but I personally find cardio 30-45 min 3 - 4 days each week makes a marked difference in my mood. I read a study somewhere that suggested regular cardio (w/ or w/o weights) was comparable to the effects medication in several cases.

    In my experience you are going to see more progress by doing full body sessions every time you go to the gym. For instance, choose some kind of different deadlift or squat variation every lifting day.

    variation of deadlifts would be: Romanian deads, sumo deads, oly deads, db or bb.

    For squats you have: hack, ATG, wide stance, front, back, box, split, etc.

    Doing one squat or deadlift movement with an upper body press (shoulder press, Military, dips, bench) and an upper body pull (pull ups, chin ups, rows, pull downs) as well as 2-3 isolation movements (bicep curls, tri extensions, calves) provides a full body workout that is great for burning fat and gaining muscle. :)
    right now im cutting so im takin anabolic pump, leanfx, and napalm. i havent had jacked in a couple months, but im goin to hop on it soon
    big time, i was taking pslin and jacked together a couple months ago and went to do a leg workout and got the best pumps of my life

    damn cant sleep! Its almost midnight brewing up some green tea. Took my zma and tribe so lil drowsy. I may have to buy more sominex. I swear I dunno but maybe I need to just run my ass off lol. Well off to bed I should at least lost 2 lbs by the morning Ill let u all know.
