Help with Cortisol!

  1. Help with Cortisol!

Hey guys is there anything to help with cortisol since at night and Im trying to get back into ckd mode so I don't like to do too much carbs at night anyways. All the carbs that I eat are with the AP only and after cardio and after weight training. Anyways at night time is there anything to regulate cortisol.

Your not going to find EndoAmp at GNC and it depends on where you live if a local shop will have EndoAmp. You can place an order online for EndoAmp at www.primordialperformance.com

You can find Lean-FX in VS when its in stock (its been selling fast). Will be in GNC the next month or so. Might save a few $$ if you shop online though (I have seen it for around $27)

  8. ok peeps hold up. Ap is suppsoe to give u that opportunity window so if I am able to keep teh "window" open and of course diet in check then cortisol should not have a huge impact am I correct? Im not tryna be stupid just tryna think logic and tryna save some of my dough. If anyone would like to elaborate plz do. Thanx again guys for the support!

  9. Okay well I been looking around and well I came up with one.....11-OXO. Thats something I can manage otc at VitShoppe just some suggestions on 11-oxo and the inpact on cortisol. Ergopharms another good company so before I wanted to say others I think this one was worth a try but before I do 11-oxo was suppose to reduce cortisol and I guess at the same time its a fat burnner so what do you all think? Just a suggestion.

  10. Is there a Ergopharm Representaive that would like to explain 11-oxo? Anyone tried 11-oxo??????????????????????????? ?????????????????????

  11. 11 oxo is great for controlling cortisol but you will need pct (6oxo) for it unless you run a very low dose, go to the ergopharm website and have a look

  12. Only trouble with 11 Oxo is the half life is quite short if it isnt taken with a heavier, fatty type meal. It does the job like nobodies business though, and if you dose it high enough, it's actually a (mild) PH.

  13. I've had good results from Rhodiola Rosea.
