I hear this complaint a lot, but the ingredient profile is too confusing for me to understand. Would increasing the doses of it make it more effective? Like, instead of making it last for 3 weeks like it's supposed to, you would make it last for only two?
I think that it might be underdosed because it's a "hardgainers" stack, or somebody who is new to working out and takes it and sees "newbie" gains. I haven't seen too many more experienced or all around larger lifters make good gains from it. What do you all think?
