what, you are not using USPlabs PRIME yet

I am waiting for my shoulder to heal a bit more before I hit it hard. It's tough but I think I will get a lot more out of it with two good wings. October 19th I am going for it no matter what though.

USPlabs PRIME is the supplement of progress and will elevate USPlabs to the elite level.
I hear ya, just keep doin what ya doin. I'm on day 4 and this stuff is incredible. I just don't want to stop lifting, talk about motivation! And strength level is rising steadily in what seems like a daily basis.

What exactly do you mean by "Elite level"? Sales/revenues, popularity, etc.

I've got 3 bottles of Prime waiting in the wings as I go through a deep cut. I'm using Recreate and will be adding PowerFULL this coming Thursday. I've lost 2 inches off my waist in 5 weeks.

It's more fun to be gaining strength and muscle, but I want to finish what I've started. So, I'm living vicariously through some of these logs. I'll start out with Prime by itself for a few weeks, but I could add Mass FX in a stack after 5-6 weeks.

Wow, that sounds like a pretty potent NHA stack right there!

How do you feel on the off days? still fairly pumped? do the off dosing days coincide with off trainign days? if not how do you feel not dosing on a training days effects your workout and load?

Thanks bioman, your opinion is highly valued.

A personal record in bench is a good indicator that a supp is giving you some extra strength, I don't put a lot of stock in someone improving on db curls or leg press because I have really have no way of knowing if they gave up form to get the lift. If your benching with a full range of motion then any increase is telling you something. I get a kick out of these guys who say they can leg press 10 plates and then you see they're moving it 6 inches.

I'm new here also but wanted to say that I'm really enjoying Prime. Here's my current stack:

Prime
Anabolic Pump
Powerfull
Muscle Pharm's Assault
Muscle Pharm's Bullet Proof
Muscle Pharm's Shred Matrix

It's expensive but I've never had better workouts.

Great point. On a side note, I had someone come up to me the other day telling me I was going too deep in my squat-emulated leg press... He then worked in and did a set where his thighs never even came close to parallel... I move that thing from ass to near lockout, and I've got some long-a$$ legs. I love any advice I can get, but I wish these know-it-alls would just keep it to themselves.. I don't know what it is about my gym, but it happens occaisionally. Was doing a simple lat cable pulldown, when some guy starts telling me to lean way back. In the middle of my set. I tried to wave him off, but he kept correcting me. This is the same kind of guy that will rock back hard enough to move the weight through 80% of the ROM just so he can fill the plate stack... I need to find an old-school gym with new-school equipment... Nashville just isn't the place, though.

Sorry for the quick derailment.
