I know I will sound like an ignorant noob but I still have to ask... I've been taking serious mass for a week now and so far i've gained 4 lbs from it.. but i've been reading it's instructions and stuff on the back of the package and saw that 1 serving consists of 2 heaping scoops and the recommended usage for beginners is 1/2 of a serving for atleast a week, does that mean that i should take 1 heaping scoop? because i'm fairly new to this i thought that 1/2 serving means 1/2 scoop instead of 1 heaping scoop. :aargh:
