    I think I made a mistake...


    I know I will sound like an ignorant noob but I still have to ask... I've been taking serious mass for a week now and so far i've gained 4 lbs from it.. but i've been reading it's instructions and stuff on the back of the package and saw that 1 serving consists of 2 heaping scoops and the recommended usage for beginners is 1/2 of a serving for atleast a week, does that mean that i should take 1 heaping scoop? because i'm fairly new to this i thought that 1/2 serving means 1/2 scoop instead of 1 heaping scoop.

    Please can somebody tell me that what i'm doing is fine or did i just waste 1 week of taking it?

    Don't worry about it dude; you already put on 4 lbs so who cares if you took 1/2 a scoop instead of a whole one. You didn't waste your time, bodybuilding is a marathon, not a sprint. You have a whole lifetime to get big. Up it to 1 full scoop this week followed by a full sering next week.
