Specifically comparing the absorption of creatine HCL and fenugreek (MT Creacore) and creatine mono and Russian Tarragon (AEN Creatine RT).

I saw an article on Ergo-Log about creatine HCL and fenugreek, but I think I read that fenugreek is estrogenic? (Saw that coop posted it somewhere here -can't remember what thread).

Perhaps someone can shed some light on this?

Russian taragon has more impressive evidence IMO. Fenugreek has a myriad of effects depending on what it is extracted for. If it's extracted for 4-hydroxy-isoleucine, then it works well for creatine "shuttling"

But once the creatine is saturated there's no real need for the Russian tarragon?
