Smeton's Elbow healing from LG's blue liquid

Hello, here my my past left inner elbow history(also called Golfer's elbow)

due to a nagging golfer's elbow(inner elbow pain)Golfer's elbow - MayoClinic.com I've been having a situation with it on and off for two years intill it got so bad I had to see a specialist.I cannot do Chest, triceps, shoulders, biceps forearm or back width. I can do Deadlifts, Leg exercises, hamstrings, calves, traps, and the lateral shoulder machine.

I've tryed Cissus months ago, and fish oil which seems to help some; recently though it's been hurtful pain.

Ive been taking Bromlain .5 -2 grams a day-2400 gui's per 500 dose, whicb is strong stuff by NOW foods) Ive been doing this a couple months now

Flexall 12 % menthol before bed(before bed) Im replacing this with Lg science formula.

Exercises for it from Physical therapy. I stretch and do the Pt exercise's once daily.

I'm on Controlled Labs Orange Triad which has MSM, glucosamine, chondrition, and hydroluronic acid.

I was taking naproxen (Doctors perscription for forty days) that is over and mega dosing fish oil 10-20 per day) I now do six per day.

I have been selected as a tester for LG sciences/ Thank you LG!

Right now I'm in pain on even little movements like flexing my wrists. Turning my wrist. so in order for me to progress working my way back up to , lets say Incline bench press, I'll be testing whether or not these little simple movements are completely out of pain. Than I can test if the bigger movements are painfree(chest, shoulders i.e. the bodyparts I have not been working) The best way to let the injury heal is to rest it and do exercises that don't aggravate it. I feel since I stopped lifting my elbow is feeling slightly better. I'll be training Legs, deads, won't post these because the point of this log is to heal my Elbow so I can get it back to normal(healed)

Today I rubbed on my elbow and I'll be rubbing this liquid on twice everyday. Hopefully this stuff works. I'll be posting honestly and objectively and will be gauging by doing my exercise's and gauging pain tolerance. I'll be updating my experience.Thank's you for tuning in.

thank you! and Thanks to everyone!

I just did my daily exercises which are:

heating pad warm up five minutes
stretch 30 seconds, over, than under
Light eccentric exercise thirty times(I use cans, when a campbell's can is not hurting Ill move up to a natty peanut butter jar, and onward, eventually I might can use five lber's , ten lber's etc)
Squeeze a squishy ball thirty times I can only squeeze it at about 60 % of my strength, farther than this and it hurt's
Wrist flex downward(no weights) thirty times (again I cannot flex hard or pain, light and very light motion)
    Ice 5 minutes

pain got up to about a 3-maybe 3.5 on a scale of 1-10

squishy ball exercise's 30 x's I got up to 60 % at the end of the 30. At the beginning I could only do 20, than 30, and upward. it hurt to do 30 and over starting out
    Light eccentric 30 x's(no pain)
wrist flex pain) again toward the end I could flex a lil harder.

When you mention "not much pain", how much less is that than before you started the treatment with lg's product?

    EDIT:

On a scale of 1-10(worst) when starting compared to today?

Hey bro i had the same type of problem,i had the tennis elbow instead, and i try alot of things that dind't work and i finaly came accross a natural supp from the company "newchapter" the product is called zyflamend and its an antiinflamatory and it realy works after a month i was feeeling alot better and everything is ok and i aint takin it no more...Made out of 10 plants..And by the way they say in there literature that almond, red meat and some type of fish can aggravate the inflamatory problem,so i would be carefull with ur fish oil....Good luck!
