Today I tryed gironda dips(basically no pain i can do them)

smythe front shoulder press(flase grip) can do them

rack shins (no can do too much pain basically nop pulldown or opullup exercise)

one arm cambered bar rows no can do too much pain

I did try cambered bar barbell rows lighter weight with false grip and I could do them without virtually any pain

I just put some more Lg liquid after the workout and its feeling better.

I tried stretching it and it really hurt. I know not to do one arm rows for a while because they were the cause.

Mowed the lawn today(and it was humid here in west TN) put on the liquid before. no problems. Just jumped out of shower. putting it on in sec.

my joints killed my last night. I ate over a lb of beef and my bromlein tablets ran out so I contribute that effect to this cause. ChEers

I'm taking a week off from weights. I lifted very light today and mayb lift lift again and do some light cardio sessions. This is my week to give my system a break.

The lg juice seems to block out the pain once it is applied. is this how it's supposed to work?

squeeze 45 % only, than after I could squeeze up tp 100 %, at the beginning anything over 45 % caused pain
wrist flex-This was ok

Thanks Man. This week off of lifting is sweet. The big thing I notice is when i rub it on it seems to reduce joint aching to a degree.It hasn't healed my elbow majorly or anything. Than again, my elbow has been wrecked!

Yeah I think it was wrong usage of lifting technique( flaring the elbows on press movements, not keeping elbows strait up and flarred during extensions. It has been creaky for two years but really no major pain in till December when I was a buggy pusher and swung the karts(7 sometimes more at a time) doing a one eight degree turn, fast, a lot of the time,, putting a lot of stress on my inner left elbow(golfer's) so i contribute the injury to both improper lifting technique and the major cause cart pushing. It got Severe in January. I tried to work though it, it just got worse. i took a month off. Came back two months later I could not do any pull up or pull down due to intense pain. no arms, esp bicep and forearm movements.

Right now I can do legs..

Just started these back. took two months off upper body, except for Deadlifts

upper body exercises: (Ive been doing pretty much all false grip, takes pressure off the elbows)
smythe incline presses
Deadlift(keeep arm strait)
Rack Dead
Shoulder machine(some pain, if it gets like a 3 or more Im cutting it)
lateral machine
and gironda dips

Learn from me please Pay attention to your form on presses(elbows tucked and you can do false grip) and overhead and strait on extension exercises

there could be some I missed from what caused my severe elbow injury that has put me back months of progress. Depressing hell yea! I'm working though it though

it seems like right now you are managing it, but what do you plan long-term ? surgery ? cortisone shot ?

I'm going to heal thisbad elbow ASAP!.I have an MRi that I recently got that my specialist hasn't looked it/ I go see him on the twelfth.

Right now I'm just going to focus on the exercises I can do:dl:

actually deads are out of the question , all i can do is legs for now. I visit my elbow specialist tomorrow and show him my MRI's and get stuff straightened out with him!I'm going to try to get acupuncture.

So far this blue liquid may have helped some, hard to say, nothing dramatic though. This is a serious injury and I cannot do even simple movements at times(like holding a pot of food, or carrying something with both hands, at work I have to ask other people to carry stuff for me, yes it's that bad) Im going to apply the liquid and keep an elbow sleeve on to keep it in. Do some heat, stretches, ice.

Im giving it around eight weeks in till I even try any u
pper body again.

The Good news-I can focus on other area's of life. and I can train legs. The MRI did not show any tears or bone damage. He said it basically looks like a normal MRI

I'm hopeful for this stuff. I'm using it a couple times a day and I wrap my elbow after wards to make sure the liquid stays in place.I can't say anything negative about it. It seems to work, again, hard to tell. I'll keep consciously aware of pain tolerance and whatever else I can regarding this liquid

Ive been taking real good care, applying the liquid a few times daily and covering it with a brace and doing my stretches, watching how I'm sleeping. With that said this creme seems to numb my pain a bit after applied and I notice a decrease in the joints cracking after applied.

Update:

I'm taking excellent care of my arm, applying the liquid a couple times a day. It seems to block out the cracks, which is awesome.I am expecting to find another job where I do not have to lift anything that would strain my elbow. I have an interview today and have been searching everywhere , in this small town.

The best way to heal something is give it time to rest and don't stain it at all at whatever cost. The liquid seems to be helping. I also stretch is many times per day. it loosens it up.

Big Vungra has a thread I read about when your done your bicep exercise slowly release the grip starting with your pinky finger and go down the line(You'll have to find it-its a thread he started) Ive implemented this when stretching and it has been useful.

Still using this stuff everyday. half a bottle or less left. and have been resting it, stretching it and taking care of it everyday. Its healing well. Im not going to try any exercises fopr the next month, maybe two months to make sure it heals up.

Its been feeling good. ive been putting in the work to rest and it reaping the rewards. Do i THINK THIS LIQUID IS HELPING? yes

could it be placebo? could be, all i know it gives me comfort applying it.

I mean you probably need researchers and scientists to prove it 100 % works, however it s working for me, placebo or not.

The main thing is to rest an injury and do nothing to injure it again.

I'm done this log. I want to give thanks to LG sciences for providing the liquid and DAdams. I think it did work , at least i thought it did. It blocked out pain when allied topically.
