Today I tryed gironda dips(basically no pain i can do them)
smythe front shoulder press(flase grip) can do them
rack shins (no can do too much pain basically nop pulldown or opullup exercise)
one arm cambered bar rows no can do too much pain
I did try cambered bar barbell rows lighter weight with false grip and I could do them without virtually any pain
I just put some more Lg liquid after the workout and its feeling better.
