  1. 3_AD and HAVOC LOG


    I'll be keeping a log on how 3AD and Havoc effect my strength training> I train in the strongman and powerlifting movements.
    My dosage will be as follows: 2 3AD in the morning and 2 3AD pre workout along with 3 Havoc pre workout

    I did 3-ad with fuz and loved it! Have u heard of anything with spawn and what i can stack it with?

  4. if i were to start a cycle like this should i run 3ad for 4 weeks then kick in the havoc for the last 4 weeks of the 3ad cycle?

  5. I'm starting both at once. Felt a little tired today though that could be cause I had to start work 2 hours early. Workout went well but its to early for anything to kick in anyway.
    Squats: 135x6,225x5,275x3,330x1,420x1, 470x1
    Barbell lunges: 30reps with 100lbs
    GM's: 95x5,160x5,225x5,260x5
    Roman chair situps: 20reps

    Are you running for 6 weeks, or are you going to go 3 of 3-AD and 4 of Havoc?

  9. I'll be running both for 6 weeks.
    Felt a little lathorgic today but ok once I got going.
    Farmers Walk 100' with turn: 120lb each,135,160,170
    Axle press: 85x6,115x6,120x6 this is real lite cause in other lifts I'm working at about 70-75 percent but having a hard time learning to clean a 2 inch axle.

  10. Bench: 95x6,135x4,185x3,225x2,280x1,3 40M
    Pulldowns: 45x10,155x15
    Rope Pushdowns: 45x20x2
    Feeling muscles starting to fill with water, nothing noticeable but you can feel it

    but did u mean your gettin wet gains?
    what kind of powerlifting/strongman you do? pro?

  13. Cause of injuries have not competed in powerlifting in 2 years and have not done a strongman event in a year. I tore a glute and its been slow recovery.

    Rackpulls (below knee) 185x5,240x5,320x5,385x5
    BB Lunges: 100x30
    Roman chair situps with 25lb plate: 10x2
    Workout felt good, just real tire during the day

    Dumbell One Arm overheadpress: 60x3,65x3,75x3,80x1
    Barbell Presses felt strong

    Pulldowns: 115x10,115x25
    Rope Pushdowns: 45x20x2
    DB Curls: 20x10,30x20
    Starting to feel stronger,stamina feels real good also. Next week will start to crank things up a bit, going to Chicago for long weekend so will do hotel gym and some body weight stuff nothing worth posting.

  19. After walking in Chicago for 4 days everywhere decided not to squat today, so did a bench assistance day instead.
    DB Rows: 35x10,50x10,125x15
    Rope Pushdowns: 45x20x2
    Seated military (at nose level) 95x5,105x3,115x1,125x1
    BB Curls: 60x15x2

  20. Axle strict press: 85x5x2,100x5,120x5,140x5,160x2
    Axle push press: 170x2
    Log clean and press: 130x3,150x3,90x15
    Will be checking weight in the morning, started at 223 but I know I'm up a few pounds

  21. Yes, not this year cause of injury but will be back next year.
    Monring weigh in: 227 so I'm up 4lbs

  23. When training it seems I could go forever, stamina is there. This week not feeling quite as lethargic which is great cause I can't take a nap in the afternoon, though I have been going to my car an closing my eyes for about 15 minutes and that seems to work. Strength is getting better I think I'll notice it more next week as with holiday training has been more hit an miss or not as intense

  24. I ask because I was looking at havoc or 3 ad for a cycle(it would be my first) that I want to do for my bday this winter. I aint looking to stack too much. Whats your cycle support and PCT looking like for those products?

  25. I'm thinking of doing this same stack...i've run havoc 2 months ago gained 12+ lbs of dry muscle. 3-ad seems promising but only after 2 weeks does it start working....so I guess you wont feel the 3-ad until day 12 or so...good luck man
