I'll be keeping a log on how 3AD and Havoc effect my strength training> I train in the strongman and powerlifting movements.
My dosage will be as follows: 2 3AD in the morning and 2 3AD pre workout along with 3 Havoc pre workout
I'm starting both at once. Felt a little tired today though that could be cause I had to start work 2 hours early. Workout went well but its to early for anything to kick in anyway.
Squats: 135x6,225x5,275x3,330x1,420x1,470x1
Barbell lunges: 30reps with 100lbs
GM's: 95x5,160x5,225x5,260x5
Roman chair situps: 20reps
Bench: 95x6,135x4,185x3,225x2,280x1,340M
Pulldowns: 45x10,155x15
Rope Pushdowns: 45x20x2
Feeling muscles starting to fill with water, nothing noticeable but you can feel it
damn thats a bad injuryCause of injuries have not competed in powerlifting in 2 years and have not done a strongman event in a year. I tore a glute and its been slow recovery.
Had bloodpressure check today, all is normal. So no effect there which is good, cause my aggression is up

I am planning a 6 per day 3-AD, 4 per day MassFX and 2 per day Havoc stack for my bulk later in the year.
