  3. When training it seems I could go forever, stamina is there. This week not feeling quite as lethargic which is great cause I can't take a nap in the afternoon, though I have been going to my car an closing my eyes for about 15 minutes and that seems to work. Strength is getting better I think I'll notice it more next week as with holiday training has been more hit an miss or not as intense

  4. I ask because I was looking at havoc or 3 ad for a cycle(it would be my first) that I want to do for my bday this winter. I aint looking to stack too much. Whats your cycle support and PCT looking like for those products?

  5. I'm thinking of doing this same stack...i've run havoc 2 months ago gained 12+ lbs of dry muscle. 3-ad seems promising but only after 2 weeks does it start working....so I guess you wont feel the 3-ad until day 12 or so...good luck man

    Didn't go crazy but everything felt real lite. Diets real bad this week pizza 3 days in a row

  14. Thanks sinner. On this cycle I was getting slight headaches throughout the day, that has stopped this week.
    Axle Press: 85x2,130x2,150x2,170,190M having a difficult time getting this in the clean postition
    Clean & Jerk: 110x3,120x3,130x3,140x3
    Overhead squats: 90x5x3sets. This is more difficult than I thought it would be, balance is tricky

  21. Keg carry: 200 feet
    Keg carry bear hug style: 200 feet
    Log clean and press: 125x8,170x3,185x4,185x3
    Farmers holds: 230lb per hand 18 seconds then 7 seconds
    Keg shouldering: 3 reps then 5 reps
    Hurt my hand on the log hope my thumb isn't broken but its swollen now
    Strength is really starting to kick in now
