Day 22 (11/12/07) Weight: 212 lbs Mood/Focus: Pretty good Strength: I felt really strong today Energy: Definitely up Workout: AM: Field day (45 min) 10 yard Agility warm-ups Agility bags Speed ladder 10’s 20’s 40’s PM: Bench Press 5x15/10/6/4/4/3x350 Incline DB Bench 4x8/8/6/6 Flat DB Flies/ DB pullovers 3x10 Weighted Dips 3x10 Triceps Pushdowns 4x10 Skull-Crushers 4x10 Calves Abs Thoughts: I felt awesome today. My energy was way up and I felt super fast and quick today. I’m loving the DRIVE/RPM stack so far and haven’t had any real side-effects yet. I had an awesome chest workout today and pumps were definitely more noticeable than normal. Everyone in the gym tells me that I look bigger and bigger every time I come in. The people at the front desk always think I’m crazy for coming in twice a day and look at me like I’m nuts when I do my speed workout on the treadmill. I finally got 6 reps with the 120 lbs. dumbbells today for my last set. That’s a new PR! I’m looking forward to legs tomorrow.

Day 23 (11/13/07) Weight: 213 lbs Mood/Focus: I felt a lot of aggression today. Strength: Good Energy: I had a ton of energy in the gym. Workout: PM: Squats 5x5/4/3/3/2 Hack Squats 4x8 DB Stiff-legged Deadlift 4x10 Leg Extensions 5x12/10/8/6/4 Leg Curls 4x12/10/8/6 Barbell Curls 3x12/10/8 Hammer Curls 4x12/10/8/6 Calves Abs Neck Thoughts: I didn’t have a lot of time today to get in two workout sessions because of time and work constraints. I chose just to go heavy on legs today and skip my speed workout until tomorrow morning. I’m definitely looking bigger and I can’t believe my weight is up to 213 lbs. I am so heavy and I feel super strong yet I’ve never felt quicker or faster than I have lately. I am pretty sore from chest yesterday and my hips and hams are sore from my field workout. I’m definitely loving this stack and my energy, which was increased today, has never felt so clean. I am making great gains yet don’t have any of the sides of a ph cycle. I recently added some watermelon Xtend to my supplement stack, and I think I’m hooked. I got it about a week ago and it’s definitely helping with recovery and I love the taste. I’m looking forward to getting a good treadmill workout in tomorrow before heading off to classes.

Day 24 (11/14/07) Weight: 212 lbs Mood/Focus: Great! Strength: Crazy Good. Energy: I felt like I had heaps of energy today. Workout: AM: Acceleration sprints on the treadmill (40-60sec rest in between sprints) 10min warm-up jog @ 7.6mph 3x20sec @ 11/12/13mph / 6% incline 3x20sec @ 11/12/13mph / 9% incline 3x15sec @ 11/12/13mph / 12% incline 4x10sec @ 11/12/13/14mph / 15% incline Abs PM: Hang Cleans 5x10/8/4/4/2 (2 reps @ 285 lbs.) DB Shoulder Press 4x12/9/6/6 DB Front Raises 4x10/8/6/6 DB Laterals / Plate Front Raises 4x10 DB Shrugs 4x10/10/8/6 Calves Neck Thoughts: Today had to be one of the best days that I have had in a long time. I was crazy strong and I finally got a new PR for HANG CLEANS! 2x285 lbs.! I had tons of energy this morning for my speed workout about 45 min after taking my first dose of 3 RPM and 2 DRIVE. I was definitely faster today and my legs felt stronger too. I wasn’t even sore from yesterday’s heavy leg-day, which was crazy. I’m starting to run low on RPM/DRIVE, hint, hint, cough…dirk, and I’m hoping to keep this going till January. I’m going to test myself in a couple of weeks on 40 time and shuttle run and I’m hoping that my times have improved.

Day 25 (11/15/07) Weight: 211 lbs Mood/Focus: Good Strength: Average Energy: Great! Workout: AM: Field day (45 min) 10 yard Agility warm-ups Agility bags Speed ladder 10’s 20’s 40’s PM: DB Rows 4x10/8/6/4 Lat Pulldowns 4x12/10/8/6 Behind the Neck Pulldowns 3x12/9/6 Low Rows 4x10/8/6/6 Cable Concentration Curls 4x10 Calves Neck Abs Thoughts: I had another good day today. I was down a couple of lbs. from the other day but weight is still up from where it was when I started. Energy was way good again today. Strength was about what it has been the last week and I felt pretty good overall today. For some reason I have never really been a huge fan of back workouts even though I frequently do them, but I just never really get into them like I do my other workouts. I had a great field day and my feet felt really quick today. I love the way I can work up such a great sweat when it’s ~65 degrees outside. I’m pretty sure it’s the DRIVE/RPM and I love it. I’m looking forward to another good chest day tomorrow.

Day 26 (11/16/07) Weight: 212 lbs Mood/Focus: Great Strength: Good Energy: Incredible Workout: AM: Acceleration sprints on the treadmill (40-60sec rest in between sprints) 10min warm-up jog @ 7.6mph 3x20sec @ 11/12/13mph / 6% incline 3x20sec @ 11/12/13mph / 9% incline 3x15sec @ 11/12/13mph / 12% incline 6x10sec @ 11/12/13/14/15/15mph / 15% incline Abs PM: DB Bench Press 5x12/10/8/6/4 Incline Press 4x10/8/6/6 Flat Flys 4x10 Weighted Dips 4x10/8/6/6 Triceps Pushdowns 4x10 Skull-crushers 4x10 Calves Thoughts: I had a couple of awesome workouts again today. I didn’t necessarily get any new PRs but I wasn’t really going for any today. I felt great and got a huge rush of energy when I took my morning doses of RPM/DRIVE. I felt fast again sprinting and decided to push myself a little more today. I threw in a couple more sprints @ 15mph at a 15% incline. I felt great and recovery was quicker than usual after my speed workout. The guy at the front desk told me that I was “crazy” again. My chest workout was great and I wasn’t even sore from Monday’s workout. I’m looking forward to doing some footwork again tomorrow and frying my legs.

Day 27 (11/17/07) Weight: 212 lbs Mood/Focus: Pretty Good Strength: I felt stronger today Energy: Good Workout: AM: Field day (45 min) 10 yard Agility warm-ups Agility bags Speed ladder 10’s 20’s 40’s PM: Front Squats 5x12/10/8/6/6 Standing Leg Curls 4x12/10/8/6 Step-Ups 4x12/10/8/6 Leg Extensions 4x10 Biceps Forearms Abs Calves Thoughts: I love Saturdays. There is nothing like a Saturday when you can just go to the gym whenever you want not worrying about trying to fit it in between school and work and during my down time I get to take in some quality college football. My workouts were good today, but not quite as good as yesterday. My body definitely needs some rest tomorrow. I am feeling huge and vascularity has definitely increased this week. I probably have dropped a little fat since I have been sweating like a madman lately. I’m loving this stuff and I can’t wait until January.
