| Registered User | Day 28 (11/18/07) Weight: 213 lbs Mood/Focus: Good (I didn’t fall asleep in church or anything. lol) Strength: n/a Energy: Good Rest Day Thoughts: It has been about 4 weeks now since starting this log and my weight is up a solid 5 lbs. I feel great pretty much all the time as far as mood and energy go, and I have also forgot to mention how great I have been sleeping at night. Every time I go to bed, as soon as my head hits the pillow I am out. I have loved the strength gains and I have more than a few new PRs. I look a lot bigger now and vascularity has also improved. The improvements that I am most pleased with though are the increase in speed and quickness as well as endurance. My workouts have been great and I feel faster than ever which has really been my main goal. I can’t wait to see what else I can improve before January. |

Workout: AM: Acceleration sprints on the treadmill (40-60sec rest in between sprints) 10min warm-up jog @ 7.6mph 3x20sec @ 11/12/13mph / 6% incline 3x20sec @ 11/12/13mph / 9% incline 3x15sec @ 11/12/13mph / 12% incline 6x10sec @ 11/12/13/14/15/15mph / 15% incline Abs PM: Bench Press 5x15/10/6/4/4/3/2 Incline DB Bench 4x8/8/6/6/3 Flat DB Flies/ DB pullovers 3x10 Weighted Dips 3x10 Triceps Pushdowns 4x10 Skull-Crushers 4x10 Calves Thoughts: I had another great workout today. I have been having awesome Monday workouts for the last couple of months and I always have a ton of energy. I had a good sprint workout this morning and by the time I got to my afternoon workout I was still feeling great and not even tired from my morning session. I felt very strong today on bench and so I threw a few extra sets in on some of my lifts. I had an awesome pump going to and I’m loving how much I have been sweating lately. The intense sweating just kicked in these last couple of weeks. I’m looking forward to a great leg day tomorrow. |

Workout: PM: Squats 5x5/4/3/3/2 Hack Squats 4x8 DB Stiff-legged Deadlift 4x10 Leg Extensions 5x12/10/8/6/4 Leg Curls 4x12/10/8/6 Barbell Curls 3x12/10/8 Hammer Curls 4x12/10/8/6 Calves Abs Neck Thoughts: I only had time for my pm workout today but I was at the gym for 2 hours so I guess it’s good enough. My legs felt great today and I felt strong again on squats. I really fried my hamstrings today and figured I would give them a little rest from the running and let them recover. My endurance was way up today and I felt the need to rest less in between sets. Once again I love the intense sweat that I get in the gym. I went on a jog with my wife today for about 4 miles and tomorrow I plan to do the same. I am getting myself ready for a 10k that we are going to run on Thanksgiving Day. Today was also a great day because I got the confirmation from Dirk about getting some more reinforcements. I’m anxious to see where I can get before practice starts up. |

I’m definitely looking forward to some good eatin tomorrow. |

| Registered User | Day 32 (11/22/07) Weight: 213 lbs Mood/Focus: Good Strength: Good Energy: Awesome Workout: AM: 5K- I ran in a 5K turkey trot in Wake Forest, North Carolina with my wife who is 8 months pregnant. We ran together and managed to finish the race in 26 minutes. PM: DB Rows 4x10/8/6/4 Lat Pulldowns 4x12/10/8/6 Behind the Neck Pulldowns 3x12/9/6 Low Rows 4x10/8/6/6 Cable Concentration Curls 4x10 Calves Neck Abs Thoughts: Happy Thanksgiving! Today was an awesome day and along with thinking about everything I have to be thankful for I sure enjoyed eating a ton of good food. We ran in a 5K this morning and then went and played some football. I was able to get a good workout in too before the feast started. I felt pretty good today until this evening when I feel like I’m going to explode from too much turkey and mashed potatoes. My energy level was definitely up today and mood was good too. I’m still loving the stack and hoping to hit some new PRs on the field and in the weight room this next week. |

I still managed to get in a couple of good workouts today and I’m feeling pretty good now. Strength was up today and I had quite a bit of endurance during my evening workout. We are heading back home to Utah tomorrow so I’m looking forward to getting back to my home gym. |

I was still able to get a decent leg workout in but I am really tired at the moment. It seemed like a really long day and I am certainly looking forward to getting some rest tomorrow. |

| Registered User | Day 35 (11/25/07) Weight: 213 lbs Mood/Focus: Good Strength: N/A Energy: I was pretty tired today. Rest Day Thoughts: This week has been pretty crazy with traveling and Thanksgiving and I am looking forward to getting back into my routine. The only problem is that I have 3 research papers due either this week or early next week. The semester is winding down and I have to make sure that I keep going strong with studying and also my training. I definitely love the focus that Drive/RPM gives me in the gym but I also love the added edge it gives me while studying. I can get about twice as much work done when I study in the morning after my first dose. I am grateful that I was able to rest up today because it’s going to be another long week. |

I had tons of energy and felt very fast. I wasn’t tired at all and my focus was pretty good. I didn’t really enjoy having to go back to work and class again today but I was able to make it through. I had to delay my PM workout until 10pm because of homework and studying. By the time I got to the gym I was pretty tired and feeling a little weak but was able to make it through. I think the problem was that I took my Drive/RPM at about 5pm and the effects had worn off by about 10pm and I was ready for bed. Well tomorrow’s schedule will be better and I’m hoping to fry my legs. |

I had a great workout and energy was way up today. I was way tired yesterday but today was great. I worked up an awesome sweat in the gym and fought the cold for my field workout. It was supposed to snow here today but it only ended up sprinkling a little bit and didn’t stick. I absolutely hate cold. I’m looking forward to heading home to Arizona for Christmas. Anyways, today was great and I love the results I’m seeing. |

| I Know Nothing!! Board Moderator | Cool beans. I have to say, even though the last month has been the antithesis of BBing for me..ie eating way less, too much cardio, not lifting, ...I have been retaining a lot of muscle I think in part, because of daily Drive use. Lost about 8 pounds of fat and perhaps 2-3 of muscle...but those numbers very easily could be worse considering I was hiking like crazy at high altitude and not eating much. I AM watching you.
