  2. I usually drink a bunch of water during the day, but even from time to time it has a brown-ish tint which is from the DIM. Its just when I really don't drink enough water is when it looks deeper brown.haha.

    Today: instead of a rest day I'm going to do Friday's workouts
    Thursday (tommorow) will stay the same
    Friday: Rest day


    -I'm outta Endorush and %$#%$ Vitamin Shoppe does not have any so yeah looks like I'm up shltcreek.

    -I'm also too outta creatine monohydrate and I don't want to buy anymore at this time so that's gone too. I'm probably going to piss out a couple pounds of water.

    -Right now its just DTH, vitamins/minerals, protein (shakes/food), and Endorush (whenever that'll be)

    Today I switch up routines. I had a good workout. Instead of wearing my typical Nike Shox to do leg workouts, I took an old pair of leather Caterpillar boots to do them instead. The ankle support, solid heel, and steel toe made a HUGE difference in squatting/leg press. It is difficult to do calves with the boots, but the other leg exercises were so much better due to better stability. With my tennis shoes my knees were literally wobbling around.

    Triceps had an excellent pump and dips/all other tricep exercises went well.

    Libido: 5 tablets good as usual, but now it feel slightly lower than it did when I first started. I'll play around with the dosing, but it was still good to say the least.

    Endurance: Nothing worth nothing

    Intensity: Better quality intensity like before

    Nitric Oxide: I had good pumps, but I always do with triceps.

    I have lost about .5lb since I got off creatine. On average I lose 3-4 lbs of water weight as I have a tendency to hold water when I take monohydrate. I will give my final weight 7 days post-DTH.

    im stuck wearing those damn steel toed boots 12 hours a day at work, sucks. im liking 4 through the week and 6 on weekend, on vacation starting fri, debating finishing out at 6ed. good luck reaper. btw got some morning sparkle, good stuff for the money.

    Dosing: 2/2/1 = 5 tablets


    Libido: Still going pretty strong, no complaints

    Intensity: The quality of my intensity has been great and I've been doing better on my workouts.

    Endurance: None worth noting

    Nitric Oxide: Very good pumps today for some reason, better than the usual.

    Diet: 35/40/20....carbs came up a little short today, no biggie.

    My workouts have been going pretty well. Right now I am training with slightly higher intensity than I normally do. I seem to be having better/more motivation too. Heavier weight/short rest time. There is a downside to all this though. My recovery has been much slower due to higher intensity training and I can start to really feel it taking its toll on me. (esp. this week). I'm going to rest Friday (tommorow) & Saturday, then hit the gym up again Sunday. Don't want to risk an injury.....been there, done that.

  7. Training I've tried

    High Intensity: I use this from time to time and it works really well for stimulating new muscle growth. When my gains started to show I got carried away and did this in excess. It eventually lead to overtraining/CNS burnout, but it is good in the right amount.

    High Volume: This is the other training that I use when I am not doing HIT. I typically do 4 exercises/4 sets/10-12 reps. This turns out to be a lot of movement in one workout and takes forever to complete. It allows me to use lighter weights, yet I still get good contraction/pumps. Some people like this some don't. It has sat well with me.

    5x5: I was excited to try this one out and I read up on it quite a bit prior to doing it. The problem is that 5 reps is not enough for me. Doing 5x5 didn't give me a pump, or lead to much muscle contraction to the point where I felt I was overloading the muscle. Looked good on paper when I first saw it, but it didn't quite pan out as well. It helped, but extremely limited though. I tried this one the longest.

    Dog Crap (DC): This focuses a lot on negatives/stretching. Again this also seemed like it was good alternative to my prior training, but I actually lost size after a few weeks of trying this out. I didn't get much out of this.

    HST: This is probably the one that I tried the shortest after checking out some info on. The workout program also too did not give me enough muscle stimulation to be able to invoke muscle growth.

    About 85%-90% of my workout routines is machines...a lot of isolation exercises. I do use some freeweights on, in particular ALL chest exercises, but high volume coupled with isolation exercises has led me to be able to focus on a specific muscle and work it without working a pull on my joints or something.

    Weeks 1-4: High Volume
    Weeks 5-6: High Intensity/Heavy Duty/Blood n' Guts training
    Repeat.


    ......oh yeah. No injuries in the past 8 months after I threw away all the workout programs I had used by the 'juice crew all-star'....none whatsoever.....

    Rest Day.

    Dosing: 2/1/3 =6 tablets



    WTF?!?!?!?! is probably what your thinking....why change up the dosing ? Well, I'm gonna see how those 3 tablets on the last dosing 'help' with the g/f later on. I'm gonna run 6 tablets on Saturday too.....same way 2/1/3. Damn it feels good to be a gangster.

    Sunday is gonna be back to 5 tablets...this is all tenative.




    Yep, just gonna kick back, relax/rest, enjoy the weekend @ 6 tabs.


    I figured I'll update this b/c I probably won't have access to a computer later on tonight.

  9. Day 9:

    Rest Day.


    I'm updating this for tommorow (Saturday) because I won't be online again till probably late Sunday night.

    Dosing for Saturday: 2/1/3 = 6 tablets

    My diet is probably going to be off. I'm guessing 55/35/10.....so yeah not too great. Heading out of town to party with some guys.

  10. p.s. When you take the tablets, the whole 15 minutes before a meal or 1 hr after DOES seem to have an effect on me. I made this mistake back when I first started taking Diesel Test 2010, I didn't think it mattered so I popped them with food sometimes and sometimes without food. Now I always make sure they go in on an empty stomach

    whoah 15mins before food or 1hour after. i didnt know anything about the 1 hour after a meal i always time myself at least 30mins

    u sure 1hour?

    diesel says food interferes with absorption. i always take on empty and wait at least 1/2 hour before eating. btw at my job i dont get scheduled breaks and sometimes go as long as 2-3 hours after taking before eating, this is less effective than eating after about 1/2 hour. it seems that timing is critical for best results.

    yeah 1/2 hour min before a meal, but right after you eat, you have to give the food time to empty, so about 1 hour post meal.

    Im doing 2 tabs 1 hour pre-workout at about 3pm for some crazy intensity and pumps.......then the "side effects" kick in later that night.

    Well, today is Sunday. Sat my diet was all screwed-up I'm not even going to bother going through it. Fast Food+Lots of beer = Saturday's diet.

    Dosing: 2/2/1 = 5 tablets

    Today I made my return back to 5 tablets. I ran 6 tablets Friday and Sat.


    In my opinion, if you are going to be doing work in the bedroom, run your dosing 2/1/3 or something along those lines. I found 3 to be effective for sexual performance. If not, I find that running 2/2/1(5 total) is much better instead. Don't be shy to venture 3 at one time. It is good.

    Libido: Libido good @ 5 tablets. It has remained high and steady @ 5 tablets.

    Endurance: Nothing

    Intensity: Still having good quality intensity. This is a good attribute for my workouts, b/c lately I've been trying to increase that weight (and stop lifting like a little girl).

    Nitric Oxide: I had good pumps in my pecs today for chest. I'm surprised, but it was good.

    Today's workouts: I lifted much,much lighter than I normally do for bench press. I came to the conclusion that the 8 beers I had last night is what attributed to lousy strength today. I still had great pumps, and I felt my muscles fully worked out, so the only thing that took a beating was my ego.



    nycste- Yeah your right, I looked at the bottle and it is 1/2 hr. For me the tablets always go down on an empty stomach. I usually do it either 30min before a meal, or 1 hr later...so I do it over longer periods of time. I noticed when I took the tablets when I first used 2010 my libido was sometimes different even though I used the same amount of pills. I realized then that like the first 2 weeks I was taking 2010 I was doing it w/ food....

  15. Brief review: So far my expierence has been good with DTH and I've been happy thus far. It takes a bit of adjusting to find the appropriate dosing esp. if it is your first time. 5 tablets is what works for me and has worked for me in the previous versions. 6 tablets is just an overkill. I won't give away my full review yet. will do a full detailed review upon finishing the bottle.

    Dosing: 2/2/1 = 5 tablets

    Diet: 35/40/20. slightly low on carbs today

    Intensity, Endurance, Nitric Oxide, Libido all the same as previous posts

    Workout was good tonight. I was back to lifting for real today. I have some slight elbow pain though so I'll throw back a few glucosamine caps.


    My expierence with DTH has been pretty consistant.



  17. This is my past expierence with Get Diesel products which I am quite familiar with. DTH is currently being used. R4W v 5.0 is missing b/c I have it sitting in the freezer. These are just the empty containers that I collected. I've been meaning to get my hands on the ETHER 2010 tablets. I might pick up a bottle next supplement run.....or maybe just skip that all together and get the nos ether powder instead. not sure.

    Cardio/Ab day. I sometimes wonder why I even do abs. I have to do an extremely ridiculous amount of work to even make them slightly visible. I'm not like other ppl who don't have to work them and have very distinct abs. Luck me.

    Libido: I've been contemplating about kicking it down to 4 tablets. When I take 2 @ 7:00am, then 2 more @ 12:30pm it basically leaves me really horny all day. My libido has been ridiculous, but it is impractical when I'm sitting in the office. I'll think about it.

    Endurance: I had more endurance for cardio than I normally do. I usually quit after 40min, but tonight I went 1 hr. I'm not sure if this is attributed to DTH or not as it is the first time this has occured.

    Intensity: I did cardio how I normally do at my given running rates. Not applicable.

    Nitric Oxide: Cardio day. Not applicable.


    Diet: Looking good. 40/40/20. Its been a couple days since I hit it right.

    Overall: I've noticed I have slightly more muscle hardness vs. before. Prior to DTH my muscles were a bit flat/softer. No elbow pain, only last night. Every now and then I get the urge to go on an ego trip and lift retarded heavy/poor form/extremely high sets like an IFBB pro. Fortunately I restrain myself from doing that anymore.

    2/1/1 might make u hornier actually. I would go 1-2-1, or 1-2-2. For abs, they are not visible in direct correlation to how much ab work you do. U have to be 8-12% max bodyfat to see nice abs, with low water retention. Ab work is good because the abs are a stabilizer muscle and training abs help keep your squat and back work more powerful, but to “see” abs, u gotta do am cardio or be on a strict diet to get to about 8-12% bodyfat.

    When I was bodybuilding I never trained abs. I was sprinting at 5AM 4x a week.

    How would reducing the dosing increase libido ? I'll stay at 5 tabs, but I'll run it reverse tommorow @ 1/2/2 instead and see what happens. Also too I'll probably put off abs right now since I am not even close to 8-12%. I always use a belt when lifting heavy and doing the 'big 3'.

    well sort or, the more you use the more free test you have, the more free test you have, the more your body reduces LH in an attempt to lower total test, the less libido you have.

    So 4 probably will give better libido, less total test/strength gains

    5/6 will probably give libido (maybe as good as 4 maybe not) but better strength and higher free test.

    DTH is a test booster 1st and a libido booster 2nd, so the more you take the more free test you will have. Most products that are sold as test boosters are pretty much libido boosters only.

    DIM doesnt work like an anti-aromatase or a suicide estrogen destoyer, it reduces bad estrogen. So you wont get "too low" estrogen from DIM or DTH. Elevated estrogen will drop but thats not the problem with libido, its LH.

    LH tells ur body to convert DHEA to total test.

    I just got back from my workout today. I changed the dose timing, but stuck to the 5 total tablets. The reverse method helps in the 'unnecessary' libido throughout the day. Workouts today were strong and I noticed a better pump.

    Libido: Equally as good. The reverse dosing helped adjust the rise in libido timing throughout the day.

    Intensity: Intensity is even better quality when taken 1/2/2. As I said before this was something in particular I was looking at to improve upon my workout.

    Endurance: Slightly better, but not by much. I think my endurance has a direct correlation on how tiring/busy my day was and how much energy I have when I hit the gym. Also too what kind of stims I am taking helps/hurts my endurance........

    Nitric Oxide: Better quality pumps vs. previous dosing. Nothing too 'out of this world' but I prefer this over how my pumps were prior.


    I'm going to stick with 1/2/2 dosing as it is more applicable towards my workouts and after the workouts. The total of 5 tablets is still sufficient, but there is no point in starting the dosing @ 2 tablets first thing waking up in the morning.

    New dosing:

    1 tablet
    ----5.5 hrs later----
    2 tablet
    ----5.5 hrs later----
    2 tablets
    ----5.5 hrs later----

  27. Side note: I didn't seem to acknowledge this until now but I haven't had a single protein shake in 2 weeks. I've managed to get my diet strictly all through whole food. I remember I used to rely heavily on protein shakes 3-4 months ago.

    You started HIIT at the same time u started this log? Doesnt make for a good review on strength gains.

  30. I'm an idiot, I reformatted my computer and I didn't realize until now the date on my computer is translated in 2006 not 2007.


    I usually follow the HIIT for awhile, then HVT for several weeks before going back to HIIT. All I've been doing is comparing my strength lifts from last time I did HIIT (like 2 months ago).


    For my HIIT it goes:

    3 sets

    1st set 95% max: 8 reps

    30 sec break.

    2nd set 95% max: 6 reps

    30 sec break.

    3rd set 100% max: 1 reps


    I don't lift nearly as heavy when I do HVT and I have approx 1:30-2 min breaks between sets. Reps go into 10-12 range.


    I was just comparing my HIIT 95% max this time vs. 2 months ago....which have been about a +10lb change in bench press.


    Mid June '07

    1st set 95% max: 8 reps (209lbs)

    30 sec break.

    2nd set 95% max: 6 reps (209lbs)

    30 sec break.

    3rd set 100% max: 1 reps (220lbs)

    Sept '07

    1st set 95% max: 8 reps (218.5lbs)

    30 sec break.

    2nd set 95% max: 6 reps (218.5lbs)

    30 sec break.

    3rd set 100% max: 1 reps (230lbs)

    ........So my max 1rep bench is up +10lbs in the past couple months with low rest time in between sets. I may move slowly up in weight, but I'm happy with a +10lb bench increase in approx 3 months.
