I have included 2 workouts. Thursdays and Fridays!
My routine now consists of M/W/F workouts but I was with a friend and ended up going thursday so I modified Fridays.
Well I said I would be honest maybe even brutally honest when I did this log/ review of IXC and SE.
So after 3 days of IXC, I cannot notice anything yet, I am under the impression it takes about 2 weeks to notice.
As well I have not noticed any tingles from using IXC I used it with meals and wothout, Im cool with this though!
I have used one sample of Steel Edge, Here is a quick rating
Taste- I rate it 7. I have only used one sample but I do not like taste. I am going to try using more water next time. I used 14oz last time the reccomended amount is 12-16oz. One thing I can say is that I do not like the taste of WF and this is much better than WF!
Mixability - I give this a 8.5 most of it mixed up right away. Just with the contact of the water. I noticed some small little bits would not mix but I just drank it down.
Effect!!!! - 10/10.. I know this is the highest rating it can get but well it worked. I had a awesome workout great focus great endurance and was just feeling good in the gym.
I will be adding mini reviews like this each time I use Steel Edge. So everyone including myself can tell how the effects of SE are helping me out.
On friday beofore I went to the gym, I had a busy day missed meals nutrition wasnt great but after the Steel Edge I felt great in the gym.

Well things have been going good for me.
As i have stated earlier the routine i am on now is a 3 day split.
I have 3 workouts and each week after I repeat the workout. While adding more weights hopefully
I will be unable to get to a computer Monday Night and all of tuesday, but will be able to on Wensday.
This will not change my routine and will not affect this log. I only take Steel Edge on workouy days (obvious) and I will continue to use my IXC daily!
I will have todays workout on here later.

Workout 1: Bench Press, Db incline Press, Dips (if you can do 10 add weight), Cable crossover, Pull-ups (more than 10 add weight), Underhand BB rows (at 45 degree angle), Db rows, DB pullovers
Workout 2: Squats, Deadlifts, Smith machine front squats, Lying hamstring curl, Standing calve raises(both claves), Standing calve raises(1 leg at a time), Cable crunches, Hanging leg raises, Russian twist
Workout 3: Military Press (or Db shoulder press), Lateral Db raise, Db rear lateral raises, Close grip bench press, Skull crushers, Reverse grip Tricep pulldowns, EZ curl, Db hammer curl, EZ reverse curl

I think that my workout went ok, It was about 3-6 hours earlier than when I usually workout so I think that was why my strength was a little low on my Bench Press. My strength was not really down but just not as high as I would have hoped.
I love these types of workouts because I can lift more weight without having to worry about going for 8-10 reps.
During the first 3 days of IXC I did not really notice any effects, Since than however I have been noticing some slight tingling mainly in my face and ears.. BTW I got big ears.. Anyway it is alright and does not affect daily routine or workouts.
STEEL EDGE - Well it absolutely works I have used it twice and i have had better energy and endurance through out both workouts.
The taste- Again I am not a really a fan of the taste.

AWESOME, I had many new PR's some were me doing sets of weight heavier then my 1 rep max ever was!!!
Including 2 Legged Leg Press I never went to 12 plates before but I did and I got 2 sets of 5 reps, plus with DL my PR is 355 but I have never done sets anywhere near as high 275lbs but I did again for 2 sets of 5 reps.
Seated Leg Curls I was doing around 165lbs now I did 200lbs for 5 reps.
I have never felt or got such a huge sudden increase in weights ever!!
I am getting some minor tingling with IXC mainly in my face and ears especially if taken without food.
STEEL EDGE - It has probably taken the spotlight from this log or at least for now. I am getting the best workouts ever and highest weight ever so although it is not all just the supplements but it has some part in it for sure
The taste- Again I am not a really a fan of the taste. I say mix it cold and chug it down

Well the workout speaks for itself, NEW PR all over the place.
Perhap the IXC has started to kick in already, the combination of IXC and SE plus my awesome routine thanks to Trainer X has results in awesome strength gains which will turn into some solid muscle!!
I will order some SE later this week. I only use it on WO days.
As far as IXC if it keeps up like this I will totally be getting 2 more bottles for a 3 month supply

Ok that was my best workout I have ever had. In the 5 exercise I did with added weight I set new PR's!!! Sometimes I even set a new PR and then beat it and set a Higher one!!!!!
One negative thing was on my last set on High Cable Crossovers, Something happened in my right shoulder possible rotator cuff.. It felt like I had bones rubbing on my last set. I stopped of course after feeling that and today it is a little sore. The muscle is fine, just some ranges of movement are affected.
I do not think it is too serious, today is a off day and tomorrow is LEGS so I will be resting it until Friday. If it feels good on Fridays then I will carry on with my workouts, if not I will give it a day or two extra rest. Wish my luck!
Any suggestions? i already take Glucosamine, Mulit and Vitamin C and I just recently got some Super Cissus Rx from USPlabs So I think I will start taking it now as well.
I would like to thank Beejjisisissss for being a sabretooth! I saw his log and he was Alt DB curling 80lbs, So when I was incline DB pressing I was like WTF he can curl as much as I can press F-that! So I went 80lbs to 90lbs.. then I was like Im going to 100lbs so he wont catch up.. they were missing by I was already in the hunt.. and the poor 105lbs werent looking so I say Oh Hellz Yeah and made them my B!tch!!!
I am still noticing some tingles, They are stronger if I take IXC without food but nothing to overbearing. Although I believe it is supposed to take 2-3 weeks to kick in It may be showing some results all ready.
STEEL EDGE - Well it still works and i have had better energy and endurance through out every workout I have used it. I have heard about some people taking half before and half during their workout but I take 75% about 20 minutes before and the rest at the gym right before I start.
The taste- Again I am not a really a fan of the taste, but it works!

Alright another update on my shoulder
The swelling has gone down by about 50% but it is still swollen and quite swore.
I did manage to still get a leg workout in though. :bb2: I just had to modify my usual routine.
For those of you that have read this far...
I had planned on finishing up my current routine Friday and was Going to start a newer routine on Monday or Tuesday.
If my shoulder continues to give me the problems it has been I am going to cancel my friday Workout and use that rest time to help prepare for The new routine "SIZE PHASE"!!!
I will keep taking my supplements, because I still have a couple of weeks worth of IXC to log! As well as 1 or 2 samples of SE running low.. need my order to come in
