finally got back on my schudule and have been doing my reg. workouts...
everything else is the same
no sides
workouts seem to be getting quicker a lot less fatigue
i love this supplement....I am getting through my workouts @ high weight fairly quickly. did back today with my new workout its a 3x8

no sides which is the best part...

accutally i havent i used purple wrath like 3 times thats about it...but i do feel BA is very good prolly one of the best natural products to use no question....i have always prior been a big NO and creatine products but the problem with them is they litterally make my stomach sick and carnage doesnt...

I having been getting more cut thats my focus ATM
yesterday... worked on my car i dont lift more than 3 days in a row bc i am starting to listen to pro IFBB'ers on over training...

and abs exercises....changes everything i dont do alot of core workouts though
lifts are feeling strong no fatique really get stronger thoughout my workouts...

I am trying to get more cut up so my strength isnt going up as much....trying to cut back on carbs and fats watch what i eat a little better...

I followed a 300+ gram a day intake of protein with this log....
I feel BA carnage is a very good supplement and legit way to get more intense better workouts to build strength...
I had flushing for a few days besides that i felt great no other sides...
I would love to use BA again this was my first time on it and besides NO products BA is the best for me...
i would recommend this product carnage to anyone who lifts after work or needs a little edge to stay motivated to lift...
I did gain 2LBM and had some strength increases nothing major but i did get around 5-10lbs on my bench for 3 reps
