was waayy to busy today got to the gym @ 8pm and only had time to eat 2 times day....had a great pump still @ the gym.

You have some strong arms! I particularly liked the 28 reps with 255 on the decline press on chest day. Good numbers.

Today is an off day still seem to have more energy and focus than usual.

I havent been eating a ton or having any sides but strength lol....protein intake is still around 400grams a day
today was a leg day was really busy so i had to rush a workout so I upped reps to 12 and lower weight....
overrall feeling better than when i started no new sides...

ahh it is a good lift yeah i posted pretty sure its on a machine not a smith machine but def. not free weighted yeah i kinda like front squats better anyways....but this machine makes em real easy to do most do 225 on it so 405 on this machine is decent.....
