    Tri's
    Tri Machine: 70x10, 85x2x8, 100x6
    rope pull down:80x10, 100x10, 115x2x8
    rope extenstion:100x10, 130x3x8
    close grip. tri: 118x10, 128x8, 128x8


  2. You have some strong arms! I particularly liked the 28 reps with 255 on the decline press on chest day. Good numbers.

    thats 255 for 2 sets of 8reps....

    i wish i could do 28 then i would be the hulk lol haha....

    weight is still up just one pound.

    overall I am really liking this supplements works very well.

    No sides to report..

    today ate tuna, chicken, turkey, and eggs.. for 4 meals
    protein intake above 350grams


    workout for today was traps/shoulders:
    Shoulders:
    miltary press: 135x10, 145x3x8
    lateral raises:30lbsx3x10
    lat pulldown:140x12, 200x3x8
    shoulder press machine: 225x3x10

    Traps:
    Rev. shruggs: 135x12, 225x8, 315x2x8
    shruggs dumbell: 150lbs 3x10
    barbell shruggs: 315x8, 405x5
    Up right rows: 150lbs 3x10
    Skull Crushers: 108lbs 3x8

    today 6-25-07 is day 10 in the log...

    Today is an off day still seem to have more energy and focus than usual.

    Strength lifts are seeming to go up a lil along with reps also.

    and yesterday day 9

    ate less and still felt great @ the gym

    back:

    BIO seated rows:315x12, 495x2x6, 550x5
    deadlift:135x10, 225x8, 315x8,
    row machine:160x12, 190x8, 220x2x8 (+ 15lbs for 8 reps)

    wow i am loving carnage deff. is keeping my endurance yup...weight is down a little feeling more cut up

    and bench is up 10lbs...for 3 reps

    today was chest:

    Incline: 135x10, 185x10, 225x8
    Decline: 135x10, 185x10, 225x8, 285x3 (new best by 10lbs)
    Reg. Bench: 135x10, 245x2x8
    chest pec. deck: 140x10, 160x3x10
    jammer machine: 225x2x10, 385x2x8


    I havent been eating a ton or having any sides but strength lol....protein intake is still around 400grams a day

    today was a leg day was really busy so i had to rush a workout so I upped reps to 12 and lower weight....

    overrall feeling better than when i started no new sides...

    Legs:
    Front squats machine: 225x10, 405x2x8
    Hack Squats 540x3x8
    Squats 12x135, 225x2x10, 315x6
    leg extension 3x10x170
    leg curls 3x10x40
    leg press 12x350, 12x450, 8x650, 3x700
    calf machine 3x20x205

    weight and protein intake are the same...

  14. ahh it is a good lift yeah i posted pretty sure its on a machine not a smith machine but def. not free weighted yeah i kinda like front squats better anyways....but this machine makes em real easy to do most do 225 on it so 405 on this machine is decent.....

    the machine is easy than smith

    on smith which i do use for front squats i do 315....so u guys can gauge based off that

  16. free weight front squats would be around 225....

  17. Still, big ass numbers. After I put too much weight on the bar gets hard to hold comfortably with front squats. Pisses me off!

    day 14: today was tri's/bi's

    tri machine: 70x12, 90x3x10
    tri rope pulldown: 100x10, 115x10, 120x10
    rope extension:130x3x8
    tri press: 128x3x10

    Bi's:
    bi curl barbell: 108x2x10, 128x2x8
    preacher curls:85x10, 100x8, 85x10
    con. curls:40lbs dumbell 3x10
    hummer curls:40lbsx3x10

    overall i think it is improving my focus and intensity.

  23. prolly well over 200-250 for shakes would be a good guess...

  24. protein is key especially for bodybuilding.....which i wanna become..anyways along story short i feel most dont eat enough protein i wouldnt try to go below 300 IMO

  25. I try to double my body weight in protein and that is very hard to do on foods alone.
