background on me: I am a bodybuilder in training hopefully compete soon...

I am 20 years old, 5'11" @ 187

I have been lifting for 7yrs intense training 6 days a week for only 2 yrs though.

Diet: I try to eat alot..lol but 5+ meals a day, 40grams of whey with basically all meals....and 2 scoops prior to bed also.

Current Supplements to be stacked with Carnage by Millennium Sport is: GNC multi-vitamin, whey ON protein,
fish oils, flax seed, milk thistle, digistive pills....

protein intake is 350 grams a day...

Day 1: weight 186 @ 8-9% bf

just took 3 pills prior to working out and 3 post work out as directed....

Sides effects: I feel great, but I do get the flushing which isnt bad last like 5-10mins and is very mild tingle....

Benefits: really to early to notice improve, did feel more of a energy rush @ the gym...

Today was Traps/legs:

Squat: 135x12, 225x8, 315x6, 405x2
Front Squats: 135x8, 185x8, 225x8

day 2:

today I felt great good a pump from it was intense @ the gym upped my lifts some weight.

weight is still the same.

I can def. feel a difference when I take it before I workout.

Sides: none i am not really flushing from it anyone which is a common one....If i do I don't notice it...

I lifted tri's and Bi's today

I am trying to eat a lil more also....workout will be up later gotta get to work...

Another solid day. About the Parathesia; with Carnage it is buffered for some, including myself, because of the delivery system.

felt tired from work but still had a great workout with carnage

I am feeling improve no question.

Sides: didnt flush today, so none

protein and meals were low today maybe 250grams of protein and 2 meals....sleep most of today had to work over night yesterday.

i edited my post took time to fig out how much i do on it....
bio seated rows would be: 225x10, 405x8, 495x8, 550x5....

i dont lift any heavier on it bc i dont max often...max would be about 580 for 1 rep...

It is Beta-Alanine with a delivery system. It is proven to increase anaerobic/aerobic recovery, anaerobic/aerobic endurance, increase pumps, increase strength, etc.

You have some strong arms! :D I particularly liked the 28 reps with 255 on the decline press on chest day. Good numbers.

today ate tuna, chicken, turkey, and eggs.. for 4 meals
protein intake above 350grams

today 6-25-07 is day 10 in the log...

Today is an off day still seem to have more energy and focus than usual.

Strength lifts are seeming to go up a lil along with reps also.

and yesterday day 9

ate less and still felt great @ the gym

wow i am loving carnage deff. is keeping my endurance yup...weight is down a little feeling more cut up :)

and bench is up 10lbs...for 3 reps

today was chest:

Incline: 135x10, 185x10, 225x8
Decline: 135x10, 185x10, 225x8, 285x3 (new best by 10lbs)
Reg. Bench: 135x10, 245x2x8
chest pec. deck: 140x10, 160x3x10
jammer machine: 225x2x10, 385x2x8


I havent been eating a ton or having any sides but strength lol....protein intake is still around 400grams a day

today was a leg day was really busy so i had to rush a workout so I upped reps to 12 and lower weight....

overrall feeling better than when i started no new sides...

Legs:

ahh it is a good lift yeah i posted pretty sure its on a machine not a smith machine but def. not free weighted yeah i kinda like front squats better anyways....but this machine makes em real easy to do most do 225 on it so 405 on this machine is decent.....

Still, big ass numbers. After I put too much weight on the bar gets hard to hold comfortably with front squats. Pisses me off! :smite:

protein is key especially for bodybuilding.....which i wanna become..anyways along story short i feel most dont eat enough protein i wouldnt try to go below 300 IMO

I try to double my body weight in protein and that is very hard to do on foods alone.
