Whew!! PR'ed on Squat for 200lbs for 3 reps. I probably could've done more but I had already done a lot of volume up to that point. Actually I was gonna call it quits after the 180x5 but decided to be a man! Felt great to move that much weight. After the Leg Ext. I was ready to go home but did some Leg Curls anyways. Awesome pump in my legs. I had to waddle out of the gym like a friggin penguin.

This workout went great. My bench numbers have really been moving along nicely throughout this log. I was gonna go for 200x1 but was worried I wouldn't get it..Now I know I probably could have. Either way, 195lbs for 2 reps is an awesome accomplishment for me And then to PR on Incline right afterwards made my day. I was pumped to all hell at the end of this workout. Couldn't ask for a better day to end this log on.
