Week 3 Review



Okay, 3 weeks in on the Evolution Stack. I don't think any of the positive effects really started kicking in until about the end of Week 2. Thats when I noticed a difference inside the gym. The first 2 weeks seem to consist of only neutral/slightly negative effects during my daily routine and no effects during my workout. Towards the end of Week 2 I started to see a decrease in neutral/negative effects and an increase in positive effects during workouts. My Leg workout on Day 14 seemed to be a turning point. Energy, Strength, Drive, and Endurance have all seem to be boosted during my workouts over the past week. Lethargy is still present most of the time and my appetite fluctuates quite a bit but nothing else lately. I have NOT seen one bit of an increase in acne which seems weird for the supplements I'm testing: Test booster, AI? My skin feels slightly more oily though. My body weight is to 164lbs as of Sunday Morning. This is an overall increase of 6lbs thus far. Vascularity in my arms/forearms seems more noticeable. Nothing else to note that I can think of. I hope I can run the full 8 weeks rather than 30 days...It feels like it just started kicking in but I only have 9 days left:(

Leg day went AWESOME again! I got 3 extra reps compared to last time on Squats @ 185! The Curls and Extensions left my legs like jello. I could barely get out of the gym and up the stairs when I got home. Also, diet was good. Can't complain about today, I'm sure I will tomorrow though. Intensity was definitely up during tonights session.

PR's speak for themselves. I've NEVER lifted this heavy before! Especially after only being 3 weeks back into lifting after a 6 week layoff. Amazing. Triceps were feeling huge along with my upper chest and front delts. Great workout today.

Good back day today. Increased my reps on Rows for another PR @ 155x8. Deadlifts aren't really going anywhere which is weird. I am doing a lot more volume with them than I normally do though. My entire back got swollen form the workout. The Rows and Pullups had my lats and middleback pumped up great. Deadlift had my forearms feeling like rocks! Despite the Deadlift I can't complain, my Rows are going great!

Kinda felt out of it today and my workout reflected it. I got an extra rep in on BB Military Press but I was hoping for more. I didn't increase any of the other lifts either. Just one of those days I guess. No biggie though. The Military Press was still a PR from what I can see form my log book. Delts were as pumped as ever. Vascularity was noticeable in my neck and chest area again.

Final Day of the log, Final Workout. Went great! Couldn't have ended this log better! 195x6!!!!!!! Thats AWESOME for my chicken-ass legs! I opted not to do front squats since my legs were destroyed. I still did the 2 machines and actually turned out some food numbers on those as well. Intensity was so strong during my workout! I just kept going. I can't convey how good I feel about this workout!

Great back workout. Another PR on Rows! Deadlift went good. Form was great thru each set. I think my numbers here are gonna start going up a bit. Got a real nice stretch thru the full range pullups. I tried going with 2 different grips today and kinda like the variety. I did some DB pullovers as well to get some more lat work in. The upper chest could always use the work as well:D Seriously pumped from this workout. Felt like I was on NO. Lats, forearms, biceps, lower back, middle back, even my traps were somewhat pumped.

That was the last workout I had until today. I was sick as hell Wednesday through Saturday. Started out as a sore throat and I thought I was gonna be ok but I ended up getting a fever and headache. I barely had the energy to go to work let alone lift dem heavy ass weights:( I stuck with my EVO dosages and actually was able to keep my diet up throughout my downtime though with Friday as an exception. Sorry I got sick guys, I hate it when this happens. I'm gonna get the numbers back up ASAP though;)

Upper chest was looking slightly vascular after the pullovers.

Still not feeling 100%. Chest and tri's are very sore form yesterdays workout. I noticed my muscles are looking very full this morning almost like I had a pump going. Nothing else to report on. I haven't noticed any of the sides lately like I had during the first 2 weeks of this log. Appetite has been steady. The calories are down a bit but I'm eating cleaner so its harder to get the big numbers like I was before.

Great workout. I PR'ed on Deadlifts and on Rows again as well! I was really feeling strong throughout the workout. I warmed up with the Pullups and then did the Deadlifts. Next was Rows which I thought would suffer cause I usually don't start with Pullups but I stayed strong and knocked out a real heavy set of 165x6! My foreamrs were pretty much rocks by the end of this workout and the BB Curls just finished the workout nicely. Full blown pump in my arms and back today!

Good Shoulder day. PR'ed on the Military Press! I also oncreased the weight on the Front Raise and Lateral Raise by lbs per dumbell. I could deffinitley feel the increase. These 2 lifts felt very heavy for my weak little shoulders. The Rear Delt Rows felt kinda heavy for the first two sets but then I knocked out 12 reps on the last one:confused: I'm just keeping the weight light and reps high for my Shrugs. I'm really focusing on form here and getting some good work in on my traps. Shoulders are absolutely hit right now. I can barely pick my arms up. Great pump throughout my arms and upper chest/trap area!

After skiing all day yesterday my legs were a little sore but I wanted to get a Leg day in anyways. I just kinda took it easy, not going to heavy or too much. Ended up being a pretty good workout! My quads were totally pumped and felt on fire.

Outstanding workout! Felt very strong/agressive today. I didn't do a lot of volume but I managed to eek out 2 more PR's! I was unhappy aboput my last chest day and that really drove me thru this one. I managed 190lbs for 2 reps on bench press and 160lbs for 3 reps on incline bench press. Both of which are very good for me, the best yet. I'm VERY happy with 190x2!
