Week 3 Review
Okay, 3 weeks in on the Evolution Stack. I don't think any of the positive effects really started kicking in until about the end of Week 2. Thats when I noticed a difference inside the gym. The first 2 weeks seem to consist of only neutral/slightly negative effects during my daily routine and no effects during my workout. Towards the end of Week 2 I started to see a decrease in neutral/negative effects and an increase in positive effects during workouts. My Leg workout on Day 14 seemed to be a turning point. Energy, Strength, Drive, and Endurance have all seem to be boosted during my workouts over the past week. Lethargy is still present most of the time and my appetite fluctuates quite a bit but nothing else lately. I have NOT seen one bit of an increase in acne which seems weird for the supplements I'm testing: Test booster, AI? My skin feels slightly more oily though. My body weight is to 164lbs as of Sunday Morning. This is an overall increase of 6lbs thus far. Vascularity in my arms/forearms seems more noticeable. Nothing else to note that I can think of. I hope I can run the full 8 weeks rather than 30 days...It feels like it just started kicking in but I only have 9 days left
-Endurance/Energy up during workouts
-Overall Vascularity improved
-Noticeable Strength gains on the horizon
-Lethargy fluctuates
-Appetite fluctuates
-Libido is normal
-Aggression has leveled off to what seems normal
-Headaches still occur but with less frequency(2-3 a week)
-No increase in ACNE
-Skin seems more oily
-Weight is up 6 lbs overall
