  2. Week 1 Review


    Well my first week on the Evolution Stack is in the record books. Nothing too drastic to report whether it be positive or negative. Slight lethargy kicked in about "Day 3" and has stuck since. Noticeable increase in appetite with the exception of the weekend, but that was my own fault really. I noticed an increase in aggression during physical activity starting "Day 5-6." No change in libido as far as I can tell. I've experienced very minor headaches that last for a brief period of time, typically 5-10 minutes. On a more positive note I seem to be quite a bit leaner in the stomach area. This is probably the effect I've noticed the most next to the lethargy. I'm eating more and drinking more water so it doesn't seem to make sense. My weight is up 2lbs from 158-160lbs. Other than that its to early to make any other assumptions. So to sum it up:


    -Lethargy is up
    -Appetite is up
    -Libido is normal
    -Aggression is slightly up
    -Headaches are more frequent
    -Body Fat seems less
    -Weight is up 2 lbs

    Its only been a week. Not sure what you were expecting. I'm coming off of 6 weeks of downtime too.

    I worked on my lunch hour and ran out of time or else I would've done more. The workout was good. Strength felt better than last week. The flyes seemed to really zero in on my chest. I was definitely pumped after doing these. My endurance seemed up as well. I like working out on my lunch hour because I'm usually drained and unmotivated after a full day of working 2 jobs and or school. Only problem is the amount I can do. Still a solid day though.

    Best workout thus far! I walked into the gym and just started rack ****. After almost 8 weeks of no squatting I walked up to the bar and just about destroyed my current PR on Squat! Great energy today and endurance seemed endless. My legs, and in all honesty my entire body, was totally pumped after todays workout. I did rack pulls kinda just for the hell of it. See what I could do. Not bad considering I did them after all the sets of squats. My glutes, hams and quads are already feeling sore. Tomorrow is gonna be a biotch. My legs probably aren't gonna move.

    Pretty good strength today! I felt awesome lifting today. Lots of energy and endurance. I think I was at 175x5 on Bench at the end of my X-factor log so to pretty much be back there already after 6 weeks off is great! Incline Bench Press went real good as well. Chest, delts and triceps were VERY pumped by the time I finished this workout. No complaints today

    Tried to go as heavy as possible. Today maybe wasn't the day for it. I PR'ed Rows but could barely budge 225 on deadlift Lethargy was present and my legs are STILL sore from Sunday night. I really need to get Deadlifts back on track. They don't seem to be going up as fast as it should. Barbell Rows felt great though. 155x6 is a PR! It will be nice to start seeing some more of those Pullups are coming along again. I'd like to get them atbleast back to 3x8xBW.

    Hey! My legs are actually not feeling sore this morning! Ended up being in a really good mood all day today. My birthday is Sunday and diet will probably suck all weekend so I made today great! Nothing really out of the ordinary today, appetite was strong thankfully. Chest and front delts actually seem sore today which is weird cause I did Chest Wednesday and they seemed fine yesterday. Backs not really sore! That makes me disappointed since I PR'ed on Rows I though I would be very sore.

    Good workout. I was feeling a little sick after Military press but I got over it. Great upper chest and front delt pump going from these. I bumped up my rear delt rows to a 45lb DB and still got all my sets of 10 reps. Shrugs were awesome! I get some amazing vascularity in my upper chest/trap area on Shoulder day. Its great.

    Great workout, ****ty diet. Appetite seemed down today despite a welcomed lack of lethargy I needed one more meal in there and couldn't get it for some reason Overall vascularity seems better. I haven't really been noticing anything with agressiveness or libido lately. Just seems normal. Appetite and lethargy fluctuate.




  21. Week 3 Review



    Okay, 3 weeks in on the Evolution Stack. I don't think any of the positive effects really started kicking in until about the end of Week 2. Thats when I noticed a difference inside the gym. The first 2 weeks seem to consist of only neutral/slightly negative effects during my daily routine and no effects during my workout. Towards the end of Week 2 I started to see a decrease in neutral/negative effects and an increase in positive effects during workouts. My Leg workout on Day 14 seemed to be a turning point. Energy, Strength, Drive, and Endurance have all seem to be boosted during my workouts over the past week. Lethargy is still present most of the time and my appetite fluctuates quite a bit but nothing else lately. I have NOT seen one bit of an increase in acne which seems weird for the supplements I'm testing: Test booster, AI? My skin feels slightly more oily though. My body weight is to 164lbs as of Sunday Morning. This is an overall increase of 6lbs thus far. Vascularity in my arms/forearms seems more noticeable. Nothing else to note that I can think of. I hope I can run the full 8 weeks rather than 30 days...It feels like it just started kicking in but I only have 9 days left

    PR's speak for themselves. I've NEVER lifted this heavy before! Especially after only being 3 weeks back into lifting after a 6 week layoff. Amazing. Triceps were feeling huge along with my upper chest and front delts. Great workout today.

    Good back day today. Increased my reps on Rows for another PR @ 155x8. Deadlifts aren't really going anywhere which is weird. I am doing a lot more volume with them than I normally do though. My entire back got swollen form the workout. The Rows and Pullups had my lats and middleback pumped up great. Deadlift had my forearms feeling like rocks! Despite the Deadlift I can't complain, my Rows are going great!

    Kinda felt out of it today and my workout reflected it. I got an extra rep in on BB Military Press but I was hoping for more. I didn't increase any of the other lifts either. Just one of those days I guess. No biggie though. The Military Press was still a PR from what I can see form my log book. Delts were as pumped as ever. Vascularity was noticeable in my neck and chest area again.

    Slept in today. I needed it. I felt great today. Got some MUCH NEEDED rest and relaxation. I took pics today and compared them to the start pics and I must say I'm happy. VERY happy actually with what I did in 4 weeks. I'll get everything including a final review, pics, measurements and lift comparisons up soon.

    Final Day of the log, Final Workout. Went great! Couldn't have ended this log better! 195x6!!!!!!! Thats AWESOME for my chicken-ass legs! I opted not to do front squats since my legs were destroyed. I still did the 2 machines and actually turned out some food numbers on those as well. Intensity was so strong during my workout! I just kept going. I can't convey how good I feel about this workout!
